Second, to test the boost, strengthen competition, activate potential
Management without evaluation is a management without vitality. It is bound to fall into a lot of work and do a good job. In order to activate the management potential, we mainly conducted work evaluation from the following aspects.
1. Strengthen the assessment of the internal staff of the Department of Housing Management
We have formulated the “Detailed Rules for the Assessment of the Work of Dormitory Management Personnel in Yudu Wuzhong”, “Detailed Rules for the Assessment of the Work of Cleaning Workers in the Dormitory of Yudu Wuzhong”, taking 100 yuan from their salary as the assessment prize, and the officers of the part of the management department conduct regular daily. Dormitory management is not only the duty of the Ministry of Housing Management, but also one of the routine tasks of class management. The boarding staff checks and registers the meals, hygiene, bedtime and safety of the dormitory every day, and the boarding department announces it in time, and uses this as the main basis to conduct assessments for the class teacher. Our school has a large number of students and is concentrated, the dormitory is safe, and the responsibility is great. We mainly carry out security precautions from the following aspects.
One is to prevent students from stealing from school. 4. Pay close attention to hygiene and rectify housekeeping
As an integral part of school education, dormitory management also shoulders the responsibility of educating students about their behavioral habits. We issued special notices on the cleaning of the dormitory and the internal affairs, made uniform requirements and arrangements, and formulated detailed inspection and evaluation methods and punishment incentive measures, which were included in the class evaluation.
Fourth, problems and deficiencies
1. The team of boarders and cleaning staff is not stable.

2. Property damage has not been completely eliminated

3, students' behavior habits are still poor
First, the discipline of sleeping has not been completely improved, cold weather is good, hot days are difficult to quiet; second, the phenomenon of student littering still exists; third, some students do everything possible to "play guerrilla", the rice from the side door, the back door into the bedroom; In some classes, some rooms are cleaned and the housekeeping is not in place.
4. Safety risks have not been completely eliminated
Students in c-building and d-class dormitory or outsiders can climb from multiple places to climb the wall, threatening the safety of the dormitory; the education of the class teacher is not in place, the senior students still use the heat quickly, and have certain anti-inspection ability. The boarding department was difficult to check at one time.
5, logistics support is not yet in place
First, the student dormitory often stops water, which affects the normal order of students' living; secondly, the storage tool of the boarding staff, especially the cleaning staff, is lagging behind, which affects the sanitary cleaning of the apartment. Third, the office equipment of the office of the management department cannot be implemented at first. The anti-theft network and the computer were not in place until mid-to-late October.
