The students in my class are more naughty, the results of more students are not ideal, and the overall cadre of the class is not strong. How to change this situation? Based on the situation in which students learn to be more polarized, I have reformed the traditional organization of the class committee and achieved certain results. The traditional mode of organizing the class committee is "four sets of teams", that is, the Young Pioneers Squadron Committee, the team committee, the department representative, and the group leader. These four teams are the backbone of the class, their exemplary role, they are crucial to the effectiveness of class management. However, in the actual situation, the four teams in the class management and learning management, only a few cadres with a small number of digits play a certain role, becoming a teacher's right assistant. Other students only made small things such as collecting sesame mung beans, which have damped their enthusiasm for a long time and also affected the class management. According to psychology, everyone has their own desires. In national students, especially those with better grades, the desire for self-expression is stronger, even for some awkward students. So at the beginning of the semester, I first adjusted the seats for the students. During the adjustment process, I consciously put a student with excellent academic performance and initial organizational ability in a class of four people and one group. Students with poor grades or naughty. Then, in the class activity class, I asked the students to select the most admired classmates in the group as the group leader. Since the students in the class have had a deep understanding of the class in the previous semester, the results of the selection are almost the same as those set by me, so that the grassroots power of class management is fixed. In the past, the group leader was in tandem. The group leader was too far away from the students who were far away from him. He often could not help the team members in discipline or study. In some groups, there were more students and the team leader was powerless. After the establishment of the small group, the team members are few, the pressure of the team leader is light, and the space distance between the team members is close, and they sit together for a long time, and the emotional distance is also close. With my request and support, they can supervise poor or naughty students one-on-one to better serve the class; the work is rich in content and diverse in form, the enthusiasm of the group leaders is improved, and the work is full of energy. . On weekdays, when the team leader has time, he writes the words and endorses for the team members, and leads the group members to sit together and read the extracurricular books, urge them to speak Mandarin and do civilized things. One semester, some of the poorer students improved their grades, and some even scored unexpectedly good results; the original naughty students also converge a lot under the supervision and help of the group leader. Of course, the original four teams still played their important role, but after more than 12 team leaders, their management work went even better. How to make the whole class participate in class management? I still carry out activities in small groups. My class is on the third floor, but the Baoguan District is far behind the building, and close to the small shop, which brings some trouble to the cleaning of the Baoguan District. In order to keep the storage area clean and tidy, for the hygiene and discipline of the class, I set up "upstairs small white pigeons" and "lower white pigeons downstairs". The small group volunteered to sign up for management and take a week as a term. Every Monday, the students raised their hands and actively looked forward to a group that could be elected as a "Little Pigeon." Once you become a "Little White Pigeon", eight "Little White Pigeons" can be carefully checked under the leadership of the group leader. Every little lesson in the "downstairs small white pigeons" goes to the Baoguan District to pick up garbage, noon. Go downstairs to clean again; "Little White Pigeon Upstairs" checks the hygiene in the classroom at any time, urges the students to speak Mandarin, does not fight, swear, and fills in the date. Some groups were particularly active. They not only kept the ground clean, but also dug out the dirt in the gutters of the Baoguan District by hand, and were praised by Yu and the team members. Some groups are still unhappy because they haven’t turned around themselves. Since each student has only three chances to become a "little dove" in one semester, they are especially cherished when they are elected "Little Dove". They feel that they are the small masters of the class. The teacher gives important tasks to himself. Work hard to finish. During the week, the "Little White Pigeons" performed exceptionally well both in their studies and in their discipline. In the class work of this semester, although the results of the star squadron evaluation are not excellent, I have enabled many group leaders to exert their management skills. Although they are not sophisticated, they can participate in a wider range and cultivate the master spirit of the students. The class management work is very complicated, the work methods vary widely, and the situation and tasks are ever-changing.
