2. Vehicle return check

In this year's inspection work, we implemented the “three inspection system” and “daily maintenance system” as the focus of work. In view of the problem that the vehicle returning inspection work is not deep and not fine, we have redefined the vehicle return inspection regulations, clarified the number of vehicle return inspections for each model, the vehicle return inspection site, the responsibility of all relevant personnel, and formulated the details. The inspection standard requires the returning inspector to carry out the vehicle inspection in strict accordance with the inspection standards. From January to September this year, the Dongjiatan base returned to the inspection vehicles for a total of 15,545 vehicles, and found 904 problems. In the third quarter of the Huachi area, the vehicles returned to the site for a total of 182 vehicles, 1466 inspections, and 71 vehicles were found. With 154 questions, the vehicle return inspection rate reached 69.5%. From January to September, the vehicle inspection rate reached 73.9%, which was 23% higher than the 50% inspection rate required by the department. The method of workload to allocate repair costs urges the implementation of vehicle repairs.

To this end, the company has specially formulated the "Detailed Rules for Inspection and Maintenance of Vehicles in Special Vehicle Transportation Companies", which restricts and regulates the inspection of vehicles from the system. From January to October, the number of vehicles inspected was increased month by month. This year, the department has made great progress in updating the company's vehicles, and solved the problems of aging equipment and poor technical conditions that have long plagued us. In order to put the vehicle into use as early as possible, we have actively handled the procedures for new cars to enter the home.

1. New car entry procedures

For a cheetah car that was taken back on March 19, and two Changqing engineering vehicles that were taken back on April 22, we went through relevant procedures in time and tried all kinds of methods, all of which were completed in less than a week. .

In the third quarter, a total of 19 new vehicles were returned. In order to put the vehicle into use as early as possible, we have actively handled the procedures for new cars to enter the home. Before and after the loan of 260,000 yuan, the vehicle additional tax procedures were handled in time. Prior to August, the procedures for the two Qingling cars were handled, and then the procedures for 12 vehicles were centralized.

In order to timely apply for the exemption of additional tax procedures for special vehicles, we have applied to Lanzhou twice. At present, among the 19 vehicles, except for one cement truck, the manufacturer has not completed the announcement and has entered the outdoor market. There are 18 vehicles that have been completed.

2. Meet the qualification inspection of the Municipal Transportation Management Office and apply for the qualification of the second-class maintenance enterprise in the construction section.

At the beginning of April, under the arrangement of the company's leadership, the company greeted the qualification inspection of the regional transportation management office, and finally achieved good results. At the beginning of June, in order to handle the qualifications of the second-class maintenance enterprise in the construction section, we went to Xifeng twice, and went through relevant procedures at relevant departments of the department and collected various materials. The second-level maintenance qualification of the section was saved, and the company saved at least 60,000 yuan of secondary maintenance expenses every year.

3. Handling vehicle scrapping procedures

With the increase of new cars, vehicles with poor vehicle technical status will be deactivated and scrapped.

To this end, we have repeatedly reported on the request to dispose of vehicles. Due to some problems in various local departments, the vehicle scrapping procedures could not be processed. In order to stop the cost of these vehicles as early as possible, I handled the scrapping of 10 vehicles in April this year, and reduced the company's maintenance road by 32662.5 yuan per quarter. Expenses.

4. Timely and reasonable deployment of vehicle inspection work

From April 10th, we began preparations for the inspection, early review of the vehicle, report the vehicle delay report, fill in the bicycle inspection form and arrange vehicle renovation work, and completed the organization of 300 vehicles in half a month. The vehicle's refurbishment, painting and lubrication work ensured that the qualification rate of 326 vehicles in the centralized inspection on April 26 was over 95%.

When the Huachi vehicle was inspected, the local department violated the regulations and collected more than 3,000 yuan. We went to Huachi to strive to reduce the expenditure of 3,000 yuan.

5, handled the vehicle insurance

In the handling of vehicle insurance, combined with the experience of previous insurance and the results of vehicle claims, the vehicle insurance is budgeted in advance, and the insurance company is consulted several times, combined with the working environment of the vehicle operation and construction, different insurance is provided for different vehicles, which guarantees Vehicle insurance plays a real role in insurance and disaster mitigation, and can also save costs. Up to now, all the vehicle insurance procedures of the company have been completed, and the payment procedures are being processed. The annual insurance expenses totaled 1,403,500 yuan, exceeding the budget of 170,000 yuan. The main reasons are: 1. The new vehicle insurance premium is 127,000 yuan; 2. The transportation of the third squadron 25 small cards January-September Qingyang insurance fee 80,000 yuan; 3. The Huachi area 30 vehicles January-September insurance premium 10.4 million yuan.

6, handling vehicle maintenance costs

When handling the vehicle maintenance fee procedure, we carefully check the bill according to the equipment account, and refund the road maintenance fee that has been scrapped, but the local maintenance department does not promptly cancel the vehicle. From January to June, a total refund of 8,260 yuan. For vehicles that are deactivated but not retired, we will try our best to stop buying road maintenance fees. From January to June, a total of 3,2662.5 yuan of road maintenance fees for vehicles were suspended. As for the road maintenance fee for selling vehicles last year, since the other party has not handled the transfer procedures, the road maintenance fee has been borne by the company. In June of this year, we repeatedly searched for local departments and stopped buying road maintenance fees for these vehicles through various means, totaling 2,500 yuan.

7. Handling vehicle transfer procedures

For the two Dongfeng trucks and five Beijing bj2020s jeep that were transferred to the training center in mid-March, we promptly recovered the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th quarter transportation fees and 2nd quarter road maintenance fees for these vehicles to a total of 10,625 yuan. The relevant transfer procedures for vehicles were handled in a timely manner.

8. Handling vehicle transfer procedures

For the 14 vehicles sold last year, we have repeatedly contacted the local authorities. At the end of November, we completed the transfer procedures for these vehicles. There are no remaining problems.

At the same time as the winter equipment refurbishment, we issued the winter equipment operation and usage instructions to improve the winter equipment refurbishment and operation.

6. Actively carry out technological transformation and promote the use of new technologies.

This year, we conducted a bottoming and understanding of the boiler igniter on the wax cleaning platform, and implemented it into specific vehicles. A total of 2 vehicle ignition devices were arranged to obtain detailed information, which provided a basis for the department's new technology promotion decision. At the end of August, the ignition devices of the remaining 15 vehicles were retrofitted.

For the 15w-40cf engine oil appearing in the market, because its label grade is higher than the currently used cd grade engine oil, in order to better understand the performance of this oil product, we actively cooperate with the manufacturer to carry out the oil contrast experiment.

For the key vehicles, we arranged the installation of 10 automatic buttering devices to ensure that the vehicles were put into operation with better technical conditions.

Seven, standardize the equipment management program, reducing the cost of external repair costs.

According to the budget at the beginning of the year, the external repair cost for January-September this year should be 792,000 yuan. In the course of work, we strictly carry out the repair and approval system in accordance with the relevant regulations, and we are determined not to arrange external repairs for vehicles that can be repaired. When the external repair fee is settled, it is carefully checked and the fee is deducted. From January to September, the company should bear repair costs of 855,000 yuan, including accident repair costs of 69,000 yuan, to solve the remaining problems last year, the unsettled repair costs of 169,000 yuan, the actual out-of-home repair costs from January to September was 617,000 yuan. All the group control cost indicators were completed, which did not cause great pressure on the company's business situation.

8. Insufficient work and future efforts

1. The external control of the vehicle is not strict, resulting in more external repair costs. In the future, the approval procedures will be strictly revised to prevent the occurrence of private repairs and over-approval projects.

2. Due to the large number of new vehicles used this year, most of the time has been invested in the handling of new vehicles, and the number of in-depth problem solving problems is small. In the future, more in-depth repairs will be made to strengthen equipment management;

3. There are still some shortcomings in the equipment management according to the standards of hse and osh. In the future work, we will work hard to implement the equipment management work.
