Since XX, in accordance with the requirements of the Municipal Archives Bureau, the SIPO has made every effort to archive and transfer the paper files. Up to now, more than 1,100 volumes of documents and files have been filed, and more than 900 financial files have been filed. 6. Insufficient work and future plans

We will further strengthen the modernization of archives and effectively play the information function of archives. Increase capital investment, do all basic work, strengthen the standardized management of archives, continuously improve the modernization level of archives management, give full play to the role of archives, and make positive contributions to promoting the prosperity and development of the city's cultural undertakings.
3. Increase the training of file management personnel and improve the business of file management personnel.
