Autumn in October is the season of harvest and the season when autumn vegetables are on the market. In order to reduce the cost of the canteen, a large number of winter storage dishes such as radish, Chinese cabbage, potatoes, and green onions were purchased, and Chinese cabbage and various pickles were marinated. Allow workers to eat a wide variety of food in the winter. At the same time, with the support of the leaders, we spent a week building a winter storage, which advantageously ensured the storage of winter storage.

In addition, I also strictly enforce financial discipline. Every time I purchase, I always have to accept and refuse to pay in time, so as to ensure that the funds are earmarked for special purposes, not arbitrarily spent, five days, one checkout, ten days, one reimbursement, holding savings. The principle is to be inexpensive.
Due to my limited standard, the management of the canteen is not well-skilled, and there are many deficiencies in the work. For example, the first month lost 505.86 yuan, and the second month lost 76.25 yuan. This also confirms my lack of management in the canteen, I will intensify my own management and quality learning in the next work. At the same time, the purchase of food and the loss of goods are controlled to ensure that workers can eat cheap and reliable food.
