Part 1: Student Affairs Department

6. Do a good job in the registration of the English test and computer test, and register and check the rate of the whole department every semester;

Third, host various types of academic lectures, exchanges and symposiums.
4. Collect teaching opinions on a regular basis and report the teaching situation to the teaching units in a timely manner.

Part 3: Student Affairs Department

1 Organization and leadership study committees regularly check various learning situations, collect various learning requirements and suggestions from students, promptly report to relevant departments and classroom teachers, and help solve problems.
2 Regularly organize amateur learning activities, actively open up the second class, and regularly hold special lectures on academics, science and technology, etc., to cultivate students' good study styles.
3 Organize various forms of learning experience exchange activities, focus on improving learning efficiency, carry out “intellectual competition”, help each class develop learning plans, and open up learning fields.
4 Assist the Student Section in the early reading of the students' attendance appraisal, check the student's appearance and school uniforms, and wear the badge.
5 Cooperate with the Academic Affairs Department to carry out study and counseling activities to improve the quality of students.
6 Joint Discipline Inspection Department, set up a campus discipline inspection team to conduct disciplinary inspections during class and break time and report the situation to the student department to prevent student disciplinary incidents.

Part 4: Student Affairs Department

1. Establish and maintain contact with the academic affairs department of the college, cooperate with the academic affairs of the college, reflect the wishes and requirements of the students, solve the practical problems encountered by the students in the study, promote the improvement of the teaching work of the college and improve the learning conditions of the students;
2. According to the needs of the majority of students seeking knowledge, planning and organizing learning competitions, knowledge lectures, learning experience exchange meetings, science and technology culture festivals and other academic and scientific activities such as speech contests. Promote the formation of a good academic atmosphere on campus and activate the second classroom;
3. Assist the departments in the purpose of learning the purpose of learning, help establish a good style of study, establish a normal teaching order, and develop good study habits. Grasp the students' cultural studies, regularly learn about the students' learning, and organize relevant seminars on learning experiences.
4. Assist teachers in conducting various types of academic extracurricular activities.

3. Organize various useful learning competitions throughout the school.
4. Strengthen the contact with the study committee members of each class, understand the learning situation of the students, listen to the opinions and requirements of the students on the teaching work, and promptly report to the relevant departments.
5. Assist the relevant departments of the school to do a good job in teaching evaluation, teaching questionnaires and so on.
6. Cooperate with the Propaganda Department of the Youth League Committee to conduct monthly blackboard inspections.
