Guarant company salesman duties


Article 1: Duty of the salesman of the guarantee company

Responsible for accepting guarantees and re-guarantee applications;
Responsible for conducting credit investigation and review of the application for guarantee projects;
Responsible for reporting the project review to the review committee, and proposing recommendations on the insurance premium rate and counter-guarantee measures;
Responsible for post-war management and tracking.


Part 2: Duty of the company's salesman

1. Understand customer needs, design loan plans, explain loan details, professionally serve customers, and conduct credit investigations on customers applying for loans;
2. Verify the authenticity of the file submitted by the borrower;
3. Verify the identity of the applicant and prevent financial fraud;
4. Conduct on-the-spot investigation of the customer's business location;
5. Collect other necessary files and information to provide the necessary basis for credit decision-making;


Part 3: Duty of the company's salesman

1. Responsible for formulating the development plan of the company's guarantee business, external business consulting and business communication.
2. Responsible for formulating the annual work plan of the guarantee company and writing the annual work summary;
3. Responsible for the operation and management of the guarantee business, reviewing and supervising major guarantee projects;
4. Responsible for the investigation and review of project credits for application for guarantee, re-guarantee and reinsurance;
5. Responsible for establishing the archives of the proposed project and submitting audit recommendations for the renewal project;
6. Responsible for liaising and coordinating various departments, implementing the guarantee business, and ensuring the smooth progress of the business;
7. Responsible for comprehensive evaluation and control of the risks of the guarantee projects.


Article 4: Duty of the company's salesman

1. Responsible for the selection, qualification review, credit status assessment of the company's customers through due diligence, and writing a due diligence report;
2. Maintain and develop customer resources and establish customer information according to departmental responsibilities and overall company requirements;
3. Coordinate the work of the bank and the enterprise to complete the guarantee project according to the company's business operation process;
4. Responsible for the post-war business supervision and follow-up work of the guarantee enterprise;
5. Responsible for assisting other departments of the company to implement business audits and business statistics.


Article 5: Duty of the company's salesman

1. Market marketing and guarantee business development. Learn financial knowledge, be familiar with the guarantee business, master market information, gain an in-depth understanding of SMEs' operating conditions and financing needs, actively develop the market, and maintain customer relationships.
2. Accept the project. Responsible for the acceptance of the guarantee business, instruct customers to fill out various forms of guarantee business, accept customer consultation, answer customer questions, collect customer information, and prepare for the guarantee.
3. Investigate and audit corporate information and submit reports. After accepting the project, conduct a credit investigation to ensure the authenticity of the survey data, and write a project review report to answer the questions of the reviewers.
4. Sign the guarantee and counter-guarantee contract and go through the formalities of the guarantee business;
5. Project supervision and risk recovery. The post-guarantee management of the guarantee business returns to the survey, examines the implemented projects, tracks the existing customer's operating conditions, develops the potential needs of existing customers, tracks the risk items that occur, and participates in the recovery.
6. Complete other tasks assigned by the superior.
