Responsible for the engraving, issuance, activation, collection and storage of the official seal of the school party committee.

5. Assist the leaders to do a good job in school confidentiality education and inspection, and be responsible for the daily work of the confidentiality committee office to ensure state secrets and security.

6. Responsible for the maintenance and update of the website of the party committee office.

7. Responsible for the receipt and reception of daily newspapers and periodicals and letters in the office.

Part 3: Confidential secretary duties
