Product inspector's job duties


Part 1: Product inspector's job duties

1 Responsible for the company's product quality management, strictly supervise and implement various quality standards of the company, ensure and enhance product quality, and create a quality culture that continuously improves quality;

2 Adhere to the quality management concept of assisting and guiding production, actively participate in product design and improvement, ensure product quality with scientific management methods and excellent quality inspection personnel, control process errors, reduce losses and reduce production costs;

3 Responsible for the staff management and various affairs management of the department; formulate process inspection standards, and audit and check whether the quality inspection personnel are actually implemented;

4 Cooperate with the technical department to formulate the inspection standards for all kinds of incoming materials, semi-finished products and finished products;

5 Responsible for the guidance of the company's raw materials inspection, process inspection and finished product inspection;

6 Establish inspection records and quality statistical reports of raw materials, work-in-progress, external products and finished products, analyze and review various inspection reports, conduct monthly quality summary analysis, and propose improvement suggestions;

7 Collect timely information on abnormal quality of materials and accessories during use, analyze the design, manufacturing, audit results, quality records, service reports and customer complaints that affect product quality to identify and eliminate potential causes of nonconformity and propose Solution;

8 Responsible for the statistical analysis of the company's product quality information feedback, timely communication with the company's leaders and other departments to jointly solve various quality problems;

9 Participate in the company's internal quality audit, coordinate and implement corrective and preventive measures, track verification, and participate in supplier review;

10 quality abnormalities and customer complaints or returns, etc.; process management and analysis, project research and improvement, prevention and other recurrence prevention measures, identification of scrap;

11 Responsible for the configuration, use, calibration and maintenance of the inspection instrument to ensure the normal operation of the inspection;

Part 2: Duty of the inspector

1. Management of the quality inspectors in the group, handling of abnormal conditions, reporting to the manager and preliminary assessment of the quality inspectors;

2. Inspection of the raw materials, semi-finished products and finished products in charge;

3. Statistics and analysis of the data such as the unqualified rate of the responsible group, and report to the manager;

4. Management of the kanban of the responsible group and daily supervision and inspection;

5. Responsible for the internal and external calibration and registration of the company's tools and the establishment of the account, and regularly check the calibration of the tool;

6. Responsible for the routine maintenance and maintenance of the measurement tools of the department;

7. Responsible for the contact, communication, handling and solution of non-conforming products between relevant departments when inspection of non-conforming products occurs;

8. Responsible for the collation and archiving of the inspection records of the group;

9. Responsible for the customer's inspection and handling of abnormal situations;

10. Responsible for the management of the entry and signing of the basic data of the ERP of the responsible group;

Part 3: Duty of the inspector

1. Under the leadership of the Dean, responsible for the management of all professional inspection, teaching, scientific research and administration; determine the development direction of the department, establish a quality control system, and regularly review the quality system to make it operate effectively.

2. Responsible for the division of professional work, review the work plans and implementation methods of the responsible persons of each professional group, and supervise and inspect the work of the responsible persons of each professional group.

3. Supervise and inspect the general staff to implement the rules and regulations and the operation of the project, and examine the quality of inspections of various professions.

4. Supervise and urge the personnel in the department to properly use and keep the strains, highly toxic dangerous goods and equipment, check the receipt of drugs and equipment, and regularly check the safety measures and implementation to prevent mistakes.

5. Combine clinical medical treatment, formulate scientific research plans, and continuously introduce new achievements, new technologies and new projects at home and abroad.

6. Supervise and inspect the implementation of business studies, technical training, and continuing education programs for various majors, and arrange for undergraduate personnel to actively participate in academic exchanges or seminars.

7. Arrange for foreign students to study and interns to study in various professional groups, and regularly check the completion of training or internship programs and graduation thesis.

8. Responsible for tasks such as division of labor, study abroad or academic exchanges, and supervise and check attendance assessment.

9. Listen to clinical opinions in a timely manner, solicit opinions and requirements on the quality of the inspection, and urge the responsible persons of each professional group to make improvement measures to meet the clinical requirements.


Part 4: Duty of the inspector

1. Responsible for spot check and inspection of incoming packaging materials and finished products;

2. Responsible for quality supervision and control of the whole process of product production to ensure that product quality meets company requirements;

3. Reflecting the inspection situation to the superior, and proposing to eliminate the non-conforming product;

4. Assist in the standardization of product identification.


Chapter 5: Duty of the inspector

I. Work content and permissions:

1. Arrive at the post 30 minutes in advance, make prenatal inspection according to the requirements of the production plan, fill in the corresponding items of the quality inspection daily report, and sign the production plan.

2. Monitor and accept the semi-finished and finished product inspection in the production process, sign and confirm the grade standard of the judgment, take timely measures for the quality abnormality, and fill in the corresponding items of the quality inspection form.

3. Fill in the subtotals of the quality inspection day report and summarize them, fill in the shift records, submit the quality inspection date report and improve the disposal order.

Second, work superiors

1. The direct superior is the special responsibility engineer of the quality control center, accepting the direct superior leadership and instructions.

2. Report to the immediate superiors on raw and auxiliary materials, semi-finished products, finished products and production abnormalities that cannot be judged or judged to be controversial.

3. Deliver the reported quality inspection date report, single, certificate, etc. to the immediate superior.

Third, work assessment

1. The rate of missed detection is 1‰ or the level is wrongly judged once, and the penalty is 800 yuan.

2. Due to the loss caused by the customer complaint, after the judgment of the superior competent department, bear the economic responsibility related to the work of the person.

3. Due to personal reasons, the inspection, determination, improvement, disposal, and reporting of the products are not timely. After being judged by the higher authorities, the individual shall bear the economic losses caused by the individuals.

4. Every quarter, there are no errors such as missed inspection, wrong judgment, customer complaint, and untimely disposal. The reward is 20% of the salary standard.
