Part 1: Equipment Engineer Job Responsibilities

1. Construction of equipment management system: establish and improve equipment management system and organize implementation; including equipment verification, equipment file management, equipment transfer, storage and unsealing, scrap sale management, measurement instrument management, etc.; formulate standard operating program files for various equipment; Training the equipment operators to ensure that the equipment operation has rules;

2. Equipment procurement: According to the development of production or the needs of the project, cooperate with the superior manager to formulate new equipment procurement, investment plans, organize the selection and purchase of equipment; organize the installation, commissioning and acceptance of equipment to ensure the smooth procurement of equipment;

3. Equipment inspection: responsible for the inspection, recording, assessment and daily management of the company's various equipment operations; responsible for the daily management of the company's water, electricity and gas; spare parts and equipment management; responsible for arranging personnel to inspect the inspection equipment and do a good job Supervise the work; ensure the appearance of the equipment is neat and tidy, and ensure that the equipment runs normally without running, running, dripping or leaking;

4. Chapter 4: Equipment Engineer Job Responsibilities

Participate in the maintenance of on-site instrumentation, analysis equipment, and control systems in the business area to assist in solving instrument problems.

Participate in maintenance related electrical equipment and systems, including high/medium/low voltage substation and switchgear, MCC, inverter, battery and UPS system, large motor up to 55MW, large generator up to 100MW, excitation/generator control, step-down Motor starting equipment, etc.

Work with regional management teams to train operators on-site instrumentation, analytical equipment, and control system operational skills.

Regularly review the instrumentation, electrical aspects of the PM, and create the necessary local PM.

Trouble-shooting of leading control systems, field instruments and analytical equipment and preparation and implementation of annual overhaul plans.

Develop a spare parts program for this specialty to ensure that the appropriate spare parts inventory meets both financial goals and equipment maintenance requirements.

Enhance hardware and software construction and modify control programs to support the execution of LMPC and operational connectivity.

Analyze fault data in the Maximo system to determine the optimal cycle for instrument maintenance and to retrofit or optimize key impact factors.

Collaborate with regional business teams to provide guidance on instrument improvement/upgrades, major maintenance, and spare parts planning based on instrumentation.

Review and explain preventive maintenance data, including partial discharge monitoring PDM, and thermal imaging, and develop action plans as required.

Develop, implement, and monitor preventive maintenance programs for electrical equipment.

Prepare electrical equipment maintenance standards as required. Ensure that electrical equipment is used and maintained in accordance with national standards.

Establish relevant instrument standards based on instrument health. Review the control system.

Manage the hardware and software records of the control system to ensure that the information of the equipment and process control team is up to date.

Provide professional support for new regional projects, review instrument specifications and technical agreements, instrument configurations to ensure they meet Linde Group requirements, and perform inspections and tests as necessary.

In case of major factory shutdowns or special circumstances, assist the operation team and provide maintenance support. Correction of faulty equipment is regulated to EMOC principles, as well as root cause analysis of faults, and implementation of RBU's action plans.

Ensure that the instrument is used in accordance with process control requirements and internal and external standards.

Support for reliability and efficiency improvements in the business area and develop accident/risk prevention programs.

Rapid response to an emergency.
