Company safety work rewards and penalties

Chapter I General

Article 1 To further implement the "Safety Production Law of the People's Republic of China", implement the responsibility system for safety production and various rules and regulations, strengthen safety production and environmental protection, eliminate deaths, serious accidents and major accidents, and minimize the general Sexual accidents ensure the full production, community stability, and improve economic and social benefits. These regulations are formulated in accordance with the "Safe Production Law" and the relevant provisions of the higher authorities.

Article 2 Adhere to heavy rewards. Units and individuals that contribute to safety production work shall be rewarded according to the achievement of the assessment target; and units and individuals that violate the rules, violate regulations, and violate labor discipline shall be given severe punishment and administrative sanctions regardless of the accident.

Article 3 According to the annual light injury control index issued by the higher level and combined with the actual situation of the company, the risk is assigned to the affiliated unit as the target value of the annual minor injury control, and the monthly implementation is implemented.

Chapter II Awards

Article 4 In the current season, the company has no fatal accidents and no major accidents. The manager, the party committee secretary, and the deputy manager of the company are awarded XX yuan. The leaders of other companies and the deputy director of the Anhuan Office are awarded 1,500 yuan each; Members of the Security Committee and members of the Security Committee are awarded 1,000 to 1,300 yuan.

Article 5 The quarterly assessment of the redemption unit shall reward the leaders and security officers who achieve the goal of the security. The standards are shown in Table 2.

If there are no deaths, serious injuries, and various major accidents in the season, and the public security cases, and meet the assessment indicators listed in Table 1, the amount of rewards in Table 2 will be honored.

If the assessments in Table 1 are not fulfilled, the bonus for each item will be 15-20%.

Article 6 Anyone who meets one of the following conditions in production, work or public welfare shall be rewarded with more than 600 yuan.

After the sudden accident, the active personnel who are actively rescued to reduce accident losses and casualties;

Identify and eliminate all kinds of hidden dangers in time to avoid the occurrence of major accidents;

Proactively put forward proposals for rationalization of environmental protection for security, and obtain greater economic and social benefits through adoption;

Significant achievements in industrial hygiene, occupational disease prevention and management, environmental protection, public security management, safety training and education.

Article 7: There are no major accidents such as fatal accidents or serious injuries during the year. Light accidents are lower than control indicators. Safety, civilized production, and environmental protection work are remarkable. Units and relevant departments and personnel are given 1 to 2 times quarterly rewards at the end of the year. .

Article 8 The company conducts peace-keeping activities from time to time, and units and individuals who have obtained rankings in the activities are given appropriate rewards.

Chapter III Punishment

Article 9 Each time a death or serious injury accident exceeds the control index, the manager, the party committee secretary, and the deputy manager shall be fined XX yuan each; other companies

The leaders and the deputy directors of the Anhuan Office were each fined 1,500 yuan; at the same time, the annual evaluation qualifications were cancelled; the members of the Security Committee and the Security Committee were each fined 1,000 yuan.

Article 10 The unit that exceeds the number of minor injury control indicators for one year is fined 1,000 yuan; the quarter exceeds the light injury control index by one person and the unit is fined 600 yuan. The person responsible is fined 300-600 yuan.

Article 11 If any unit belonging to the company has serious casualties or injuries, the qualifications for the season will be cancelled and the annual evaluation qualification will be cancelled. Death occurred in accordance with the amount in Table 3 for the responsible unit and individual punishment. Serious injury occurred, and the penalty unit and individual were fined according to 1/2 of Table 3. At the same time, bear the fines of the local government.

Article 12 After major accidents such as traffic accidents, equipment accidents, quality accidents, fire accidents, environmental pollution, explosions, medical treatment, public security, etc., according to the responsibility, the punishment according to Table 4 is specified.
