Specialist graduate paper format

The format specification for graduation thesis includes the definition of font, font size, line spacing and the use of punctuation. A complete graduation thesis consists of four parts, namely a table of contents, an executive summary, a text, and a reference. The format requirements for each component are listed below:

1. Directory

Use the 4th black body to set the default line spacing. The word "catalog" is required to be centered. Each title begins with two spaces and is marked with the page number in the body. The title should at least be listed to the second level heading.

2. Content summary and keywords

3. Text

The title of the thesis is the third black body. After the title of the thesis, another line is displayed, listing the author's student number and name. The student number and name are in the fourth body. The title of the thesis and the author's student number and name should be centered, and the remaining titles and the beginning of each paragraph should be two squares.

4. References

The fourth body is used. The four words of the "References" should be topped and do not need to be centered. Be specific to each reference when you have two spaces. The reference material of the graduation thesis should indicate its name, source, author, time of the data, and so on. The format requirements for different forms of reference material are slightly different:

Textbooks and monographs

Ask for the name, editor or author or author, publisher, date, date. Such as:

Proceedings

Ask for the name, author, publisher, year, month and day of the proceedings.

Online information

Ask for the name of the website, the name of the article cited, and the author, year, month, and day.

Internal reference

The name, date, date and time of the internal reference are required.

5. Other related matters

After the paper was finalized, the a4 paper was printed uniformly.

Bind in the order of "Catalog - Content Summary and Keywords - Text - References". These four parts should be written separately and not linked together.
