VI. Default clause

1. After the parties sign the contract, if one party cancels without any reason, it is necessary to compensate for the liquidated damages, which is the actual loss.

2. In the event of weather and human reasons, the activity cannot be held or interrupted midway, and Party A is responsible for the responsibility.

3. If it is a multi-day event, the equipment shall be placed at the event site. Party A shall be responsible for the storage of the equipment. If equipment damage or loss occurs, Party A shall compensate Party B for the price.

7. This contract shall be formulated in accordance with the relevant laws of the People's Republic of China. If there are any outstanding matters, the parties shall separately submit a written agreement or comply with relevant laws and regulations. In the event of a dispute, the parties shall not resolve it satisfactorily and will resolve it through the relevant agencies in accordance with the relevant laws of the People's Republic of China.

8. This contract is made in two copies. Each party holds a copy of the contract, which is signed and sealed by both parties and takes effect immediately.
