1. Conditions provided by Party B to Party A

1. A new computer desk and a square stool.

2. Provide 10M bandwidth campus network access, Party B has the responsibility to maintain; and ensure that the network is unobstructed when the school network is normal; if an accident occurs within 8 hours.

3. The computer room is guaranteed to be open during the holidays and has network management.

4. The machine room is cleaned every day to keep the self-provided machine room clean and hygienic.

Second, the rights available to Party A

1. After signing the agreement, Party B shall not request the interruption of performance without any reason.

2. Party B is responsible for ensuring the safety of Party A's computer equipment.

3. If the computer room needs to be closed, it must be notified one day in advance, and the general time must not exceed one day.

3. A written guarantee from Party A to Party B

1. We will not publish and distribute all kinds of controversial remarks on the Internet, and strictly abide by the national laws and regulations on the Internet; Party B will not bear any responsibility for such problems.

2. No changes shall be made to the information allocated by Party B, and no hacking tools, especially agent search, shall be used; if found, Party B has the right to request Party A to move out immediately and unconditionally.

3. It is the responsibility to carry out normal maintenance of the public facilities of the equipment room. It is the responsibility of the non-human damage of the table, stool, etc. to explain the situation to the management personnel; if not, it will be regarded as the responsibility of Party A; the loss amount will be directly deducted from the deposit; As follows: computer table _________ yuan / Zhang; stool _________ yuan / Zhang; network line _________ yuan / meter; other depending on the situation.

4. In the process of use, the position of the machine is self-use, and it is not allowed to occupy other space. One computer can only be used by one user. If it is found that Party A violates, the situation may be restricted to Party A.

5. Lease settlement: monthly settlement. At the end of each month, the monthly fee will be charged, and the specific time will be displayed on the blackboard. If the payment is overdue, the payment will be late for the day: _________ yuan/day; if it is due to punishment, etc., it will be charged at the full month.

6. Please record accurately on the machine and departure time, otherwise calculate according to the opening and closing time of the machine room; if you find that you intentionally conceal the time, Party B has the right to ask Party A to move out unconditionally.

7. Require one person, one machine, and have a certificate; each machine owner is not allowed to change privately; if you want to change, you need to re-sign the agreement; the machine room is strictly prohibited from smoking, the offender is fine; the waste is thrown into the trash can, keep indoor health.

8. It is not allowed to dismantle the computer in the equipment room. If the computer needs repair, please contact the teacher on duty.

Fourth, the fee is charged
