In view of:

1. Education is the foundation of the country. It is our wish to improve the school environment, beautify the school venues, and let the children of the villagers have a good place to study.

2. The time limit for the west side of the original leased school of Party B is not full, but it is strongly supported in consideration of the actual needs of Party A.

3. After careful consultation between the two parties and taking into account the losses of Party B, the two parties reached a land lease contract by consensus. The contract is as follows:

The first land contract cancellation is proposed by Party A according to the development needs. .

Article 2 Party A shall compensate Party B for a total of 60% of the capital investment of Party B in a lump sum of _________ yuan, which shall be paid within 10 days after the contract takes effect.
