1. Greening layout address and scope
1. The address and scope of the greening arrangement required by Party A is: _________ City _________ Road _________ _________ Room.
2. Party B shall provide full-program greening rental arrangement services at the above address, including design, transportation, handling, placement, replacement, and daily maintenance.
Second, the lease term and rent, payment method

2. The green rent is _________ yuan per month; the cost of flowers is calculated according to the actual number of inserted pots, each pot is _________ yuan.
3. Party A shall make monthly quarterly payment and pay by cheque or cash payment method after receiving the invoice from Party B.
4. Party A shall pay a deposit of _________ yuan, which shall be paid before the date of entry into force of the contract on the effective date of this contract, and Party B shall return it to Party A upon the expiration of the contract.
Third, work requirements and commitments
1. All kinds of flower plants and plants provided by Party B shall be of quality and quantity, and the specific varieties and quantities are detailed in the attached table <Green Rental List>.
2. Party B must appoint a full-time staff to be responsible for plant maintenance, including watering, trimming, cleaning, and replacement.
3. Party B shall promptly replace it according to different seasons and plant growth conditions, and strive to provide more high-grade varieties, more suitable specifications and better service on the original basis.
　 Fourth, the responsibility of both parties
1. Except for irresistible reasons during the contract period, either party shall not terminate the contract without cause.
2. Party A shall increase the number of tasks, please notify Party B three days in advance, and the special specifications shall be notified in advance in January. If the rent is exceeded, the price will be negotiated.
3. Party A should cherish and care for all plants. If there is a shortage or man-made damage, it must be compensated at the price.
4. Party A shall provide Party B with personnel access, vehicle parking, water, elevators, etc., and cooperate with Party B to work smoothly in time.
5. Party B maintenance personnel shall work conscientiously and strictly abide by Party A's rules and regulations. If Party A is dissatisfied with the work of Party B's maintenance personnel, Party A has the right to request replacement of personnel.
V. Other matters
1. When the contract expires, the two parties wish to extend the lease period and need to sign a separate contract.
2. If there are other unfinished matters in this contract, the two parties will sign a supplementary agreement after negotiation, and the supplementary agreement shall have the same effect as this contract.
3. This contract is in duplicate, each party holds one copy, and the signatures and seals of both parties take effect.
