Article 8 Liability for breach of contract
1. If Party A fails to perform the obligations of Article 6 of this contract or Party A unilaterally terminates this contract, Party A shall compensate Party B for the economic loss;
2. If Party B is unable to perform the obligations of Article 7 of this contract or Party B terminates this contract in advance, the deposit of _________ yuan paid by Party B shall be reduced to liquidated damages;
