Second, the lease and payment methods:

1. Tons of crane workbench unit price _________ yuan / shift, idle unit price _________ yuan / shift;
2. Start with one shift per day;
3. Each shift is 8 hours, which is based on the driver's entry and exit time. More than part of the rent = accumulated more than the working time / 8 hours × shift fee.
4. When the crane enters and exits, it is negotiated to pay the fee by the class of the crane × 2 = the shift.
5. For hoisting equipment with a value exceeding _________ yuan, the unit price of the crane is _________ yuan.

Third, security responsibility:
1. Construction should be carried out in strict accordance with the safety technical operating procedures. Both Party A and Party B have the right to prevent the other party's illegal operation, illegal command, and adhere to the principle of crane operation _________. Party A shall be equipped with qualified lifting command, and Party A shall be responsible for the safety management of the site.
2. Party A shall be responsible for the accidents caused by the unclear declaration of the ground and underground facilities on the construction site.
3. Before hoisting work, it is responsible for the delivery of the B-class crane driver. It is strictly forbidden to do the work beyond the operation plan, assign a special person to direct the operation, the two sides unify the signal to ensure the operation, and if the barbaric operation occurs during the construction process, Party B crane crew has the right to refuse the operation. Party A shall be responsible for the responsibility and loss of the accident caused by the command failure or the failure to implement the safety measures.
4. In the event of a safety accident during construction, the principle of division of responsibility shall be; Party B shall be responsible for the crane mechanical equipment above; the following shall be the responsibility of Party A.
Fourth, Party A's rights and obligations
1. It is necessary to ensure that the construction of the _________ class is carried out. If the actual class exceeds _________, the actual settlement will occur.
2. The right to use the rental crane during the rental period, but no ownership. Party B shall not transfer, sublease, sell or mortgage Party B's equipment, and shall not transfer the operation site without authorization. It shall not operate Party B's crane by itself, and shall bear full responsibility for any accident or loss.
3. Pay the rental fee on time. Overdue payment of compensation and liability for breach of contract.
4. When the crane is parked on the construction site, Party A shall be responsible for the custody. If the damage is caused by improper storage, Party A shall be responsible for the loss.
5. All bad behaviors that intentionally damage or injure Party B's workers and equipment must be eliminated.
6. Lifting workers, wire ropes and sleepers are provided by Party A.
7. Party A provides free accommodation and meals for the crew.
5. Party B's rights and obligations
1. The crane operator must obey the command of the site leader and follow the relevant rules and regulations.
2. The equipment provided by Party B must be guaranteed to operate normally. If the equipment fails, Party B shall immediately organize repairs or replace other equipment.
3. The hydraulic oil and lubricating oil required for the crane are supplied by Party B.
4. If the rental fee is not paid on time, Party B has the right to terminate the crane rental at any time.
5. When assembling and disassembling the crane, Party B will send instructions.
6.500 tons, 200 tons, 130 tons, 80 tons of crane mats are provided by Party B.
7. Party B provides Party A with a chart of crane performance.
6. Settlement method
1. After the contract takes effect, the rental fee is _________ yuan.
2. Party B's crane driver fills in the task list on a daily basis and sets up a special person visa as the original proof of settlement.
7. The original of this contract is two copies, one for each party. Effective after signing by both parties.
