According to the relevant provisions of the "Contract Law of the People's Republic of China", both parties have reached the following agreement on the lease of Party A's computer by Party B after full consultation:
1. Party B leases Party A's computer. For details of the computer configuration, please refer to the attached file, hereinafter referred to as the rental computer.
Second, the time to start the lease: _________ years _________ months _________ days, the time of the lease: _________ years _________ months _________ days. On the date of signing the contract, Party B shall pay Party A a computer deposit _________, rent _________. If you renew your rent, please notify Party A 3 days in advance and re-take the lease procedure.
Third, Party A’s obligations:
1. Party A shall deliver the computer with normal system debugging to Party B, and pick up and deliver the equipment to the door within 10 kilometers. If the distance exceeds 10 kilometers, Party B shall pay _________ yuan per kilometer, and accumulate the payment in the first month's rent;
2. During the lease period, the computer has a non-human hardware failure, and Party A provides free home replacement or repair service within _________ within 24 hours;

1. During the lease period, the computer has a non-human physical failure, and Party B has the right to request Party A to provide free on-site maintenance within _________ after receiving the repair call;
2. Party B may enjoy the services provided by Party A's preferential terms during the lease period.
V. Party B’s obligations:
1. Party B shall properly keep and keep the rented computers and accessories clean. If the accessories are incomplete or damaged, the damaged parts shall be compensated according to the value of the protection;
2. Party B is prohibited from overclocking the computer. If the hardware is destroyed due to viruses or overclocking, etc., the loss shall be compensated by Party B at the value of the value;
3. After the lease expires, Party B shall promptly return the computer to Party A. The return period is not refunded, calculated at twice the monthly rent. If you renew your lease, you will need to re-submit the renewal procedures;
4. Party B is not allowed to open the computer accessories seals without authorization, otherwise it will be compensated according to the computer value preservation price.
6. Default handling:
Party A breach of contract:
1. If Party A fails to return the deposit to Party B in time, Party A shall pay Party B a penalty for each day according to 2% of the deposit;
2. If the repair service provided by Party A does not conform to the agreement, Party B shall have the right to return the computer in advance, and Party A shall refund the remaining rent and computer deposit in full.
Party B defaults:
1. If Party B fails to pay the rent on time, Party A has the right to deduct the deposit from it and recover the computer at the same time. All losses shall be borne by Party B;
2. If Party B withdraws the lease when the lease term is not full, Party A will only refund 40% of the remaining rent;
3. If Party B causes the hardware damage of the leased computer and refuses to pay the loss specified in the agreement to Party A, Party A has the right to request Party B to compensate the damaged computer accessories at the value of the warranty and directly deduct the deposit from Party B. The disputes between the two parties concerned shall be settled first through friendly negotiation. If the negotiation fails, the lawsuit can be brought to the local court.
