After friendly negotiation between Party A and Party B, Party A agrees that Party B shall rent Party A to locate __________________ for the placement of mobile TV communication equipment and antennas in Shenzhen. The agreement on the lease is as follows:

Service fee.
1. Party B rents the above-mentioned venues to Party A. The monthly service fee is RMB. The total lease term of this contract is RMB, and the total payment amount is RMB.
2. Payment method: After the installation of Party B equipment, it is necessary to complete the contract signing and pay the full service fee of this contract within days, and Party A will no longer provide base station service for free.
Electricity fee:
1. The unit price of electricity is tentatively set as: yuan/degree, and will be adjusted later with the adjustment of the electricity price of the power supply department.
2. Payment method: Party A shall charge Party B the electricity fee for transmitting the base station on a quarterly basis. Party A shall provide Party B with an invoice for the electricity fee after receiving the electricity fee.
Party B fails to pay Party A's rent or electricity fee according to the contract, and Party A has the right to stop the service to Party B's communication equipment.

3. All equipment of Party B in the public base station shall be maintained and overhauled by Party B itself. Party B shall not use other equipment when installing, debugging or repairing equipment. If such incidents affect the normal operation or damage of other equipment, Party B shall bear all responsibility.
4. Party A shall provide Party B with the necessary water and electricity, as well as convenient construction conditions such as parking, equipment and personnel access. Party A shall provide Party B with a power supply contact of not less than 10kva within the available power limit, and provide a route from the power distribution room to the cable entry of Party B's equipment room; Party B shall pay the electricity fee by Party B.
5. During the term of the contract, Party A shall ensure that Party B can fully use the rented space to ensure that Party B is not subject to any obstacles or other losses in use due to any third party's claims or other factors.
6. Party A shall assist Party B to do a good job in the security and protection of communications equipment. Party B's installation and maintenance personnel shall comply with Party A's security system. Party B's maintenance personnel shall enter Party B's valid documents and work contact letters to enter the site for maintenance and repair. Otherwise, Party A has the right to refuse Party B's personnel to enter Party A's regional maintenance.
Seven. All equipment of the base station shall be maintained and overhauled by Party B. Party A shall provide access to the leased site.
8. Party B shall notify Party A in writing of the withdrawal, replacement, equipment increase or temporary shutdown during the lease period. After negotiation between the two parties, the procedures for withdrawal, replacement, addition or shutdown shall be handled in accordance with Party A's management regulations.
nine. Party A guarantees the right to sign this contract to guarantee the legality and non-controversy of the use of the premises leased to Party B under this contract. Party A also guarantees that there are no legal obstacles in fulfilling the rights and obligations of this contract.
10. Party A and Party B shall abide by the terms of the contract together, and the parties to the contract shall resolve the matter through negotiation.
XI. This contract is in the form of a share, and both parties A and B hold the share. This contract shall become effective after the signature and seal of both parties, and shall have the same legal effect.
