Article 4 During the lease period, Party A shall have the right to urge and order Party B to rectify if Party B discovers Party B's problems in safety work. If Party B does not obey the rectification proposal, Party A has the right to terminate its lease contract.

Article 5 Liability for breach of contract

Except for the reason of force majeure, if any party violates this Agreement, it shall pay the other party a penalty of _________% of the part of the unfulfilled agreement.

If either party breaches its representations, warranties or other obligations under this Agreement and causes the breaching party to suffer losses, the observant party has the right to demand compensation from the defaulting party.
