Land lease agreement

Due to the construction needs, Party A temporarily rented the door to the land of Party B. In order to clarify the rights and obligations of both parties, the following agreement was reached on the principle of mutual benefit through consultation between the two parties.

I. Land leased area: The actual area is subject to actual measurement, ___________ mu.

Second, the date of the lease is from _____ years _____ months _____ days until the end of the project.

Third, the rental fee The rental fee is settled in terms of length of time, and the cost is calculated at _____ yuan per mu per year. At the end of the event, the fee is settled once. When Party A withdraws from the clearance, the land will be settled by Party B. Party A will provide bricks for all houses to compensate Party B.

This Agreement shall become effective after being signed and sealed by both Party A and Party B. After the entry into force of this Agreement, both Party A and Party B shall abide by the Agreement, otherwise the defaulting party shall be liable for breach of contract and loss in accordance with relevant state laws and regulations. Matters not covered in this Agreement shall be settled separately by both parties. If there is any objection between Party A and Party B, they will be resolved through friendly negotiation.

This Agreement is made in two copies, one for each Party A and Party B.
