Party A and Party B reached an agreement on housing leasing through friendly consultations:

1. Party B is rented in Party __ Resort Village __ group __ Building __ Building, the building area is __ square meters. The 30th anniversary of the lease period begins on the effective date of this contract.

2. The rent of the house during the lease term is __RMB. Party B pays twice. Within ten days after the entry into force of this contract, Party B shall pay 60% of the rent for the house as __10,000 yuan. Within ten days after the house is qualified, Party B shall pay the remaining amount of the house rent.

3. During the lease period, the house shall be managed by Party B, and the property tax, land use tax and other reasonable taxes and fees of the house shall be borne by Party B.

4. During the lease period, the water, heating, electricity, hot water, communication, outdoor sanitation, house repair, and green maintenance used by Party B shall be managed by Party A in a unified manner, and the expenses incurred shall be borne by Party B.

5. For the expenses incurred in Articles 3 and 4, Party A shall settle the bills with Party B according to the prescribed time limit according to the documents, invoices and relevant regulations.

6. The house rented by Party B shall be used by Party B after it has passed the acceptance and payment of the house rent by Party B.

7. Party A shall guarantee the quality of the house during the warranty period of the house.

8. The procedures required for the temporary account of Party B's service personnel, etc., shall be handled by Party A in cooperation with the local relevant units.

IX. Liability for breach of contract

1. After the contract comes into effect, if Party B defaults, Party B will pay the rent for the house and will pay the penalty for a one-off penalty of __10,000 yuan.

2. After the contract comes into effect, if Party A defaults, Party A shall return the remaining rent to Party B and pay a one-off penalty of __10,000 yuan.

3. The lease period of less than half a year is calculated on a semi-annual basis, and the lease period of less than half a year is less than one year.

10. During the lease period, Party A shall not sublease the house rented by Party B to any third party. If Party A sells the house rented by Party B, Party B shall enjoy the priority purchase right and no additional payment for the purchase price, and Party A shall Assist Party B in the formal transfer procedures, and the relevant expenses incurred by Party B shall be borne by Party B.

11. Party B needs to install a telephone, which shall be resolved by Party A, and the expenses shall be borne by Party B.

12. During the lease period, if an irresistible disaster occurs and the house is destroyed, Party B rebuilds the house according to the housing construction program.

13. Party A has stated that the buildings indicated in this contract are constructed and operated in accordance with relevant state policies and decrees. Party A and Party B shall sign this contract on the basis of the relevant national policies and decrees. If, in the event of a lease, the country’s new policies, decrees, and regulations are inconsistent and the contract has to be dissolved, Party A shall multiply the actual rent of Party B by 10% of the total amount of the rent each year.

The rent is deducted in years.

XIV. The dispute arising from the execution of this contract shall be settled by both parties through negotiation. If the negotiation fails, the parties agree to be arbitrated by the ____ Arbitration Commission.

15. This contract is in nine copies. Two copies of the original, each party holds one copy; six copies, each party holds three copies. Positive copies are equally legally binding.

16. The signature and seal of both parties to this contract shall become effective after notarization. The parties to this contract have not agreed on the matter.
