Article 5 Party B's responsibilities and obligations:

5.1 Party B must abide by Party A's regulations regarding the management of residents;

5.2 Party B shall not cook food in the room, and shall not bring dangerous goods such as flammable or explosive into the room;

5.3 Party B shall not engage in any activities in the hotel that violate the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China;

5.4 Party B is obliged to cherish the property of Party A and shall not arbitrarily move, change or damage the equipment and facilities, otherwise it shall bear the corresponding liability for compensation;

5.5 Party B shall be liable for compensation for all losses caused by Party B’s personal actions, such as fires and floods.

Article 6 Long Housing Discount:

6.1 A complimentary Western breakfast buffet is served daily;

Article 7: Liability for breach of contract:

During the validity period of the agreement, if both parties need to unilaterally suspend the agreement, they shall be liable for breach of contract. If Party B checks out the departure within the validity period of the agreement, it is a breach of contract. If Party B leaves the store when he or she has not lived for half a month, he will receive a penalty of ¥5000; if Party B leaves the store after half a month but less than one month, he will receive a penalty of ¥10,000;
