1. The lessor agrees to lease the four-ton capacity liberation car to the lessee according to the needs of the lessee. The following terms are negotiated between the two parties.

2. The vehicles rented by the lessee are limited to the construction site for sand, cement, brick, timber and prefabricated panels. The lessee has only the dispatching right, and the driving safety and technical operation are the responsibility of the lessor driver.

3. The lessee shall be responsible for the maintenance of the rented vehicle, and if the vehicle equipment is damaged during the lease retreat, the lessee shall be responsible for repairing the original condition or compensation, and collecting the rental fee during the repair period. If the lessor is not responsible for the damage caused by improper driving of the driver, if the lessee fails to use the leased vehicle as required by the contract, the lessee will not pay the rent of the lessor, and the lessor will pay the daily fee. 4. The lease period is set to one year. From the date of the 19th year to the end of the 19th day, if the lessee continues to use or deactivate it, it should submit the negotiation to the lessor before the 5th, otherwise the rent will be charged according to the contract. The contract period will transfer the car back.

5. The monthly rent is RMB. From the effective date of the contract, it is settled once a month, rented on a monthly basis, and charged for one month in less than one month.

6. The fuel used is the responsibility of the lessee.

7. Liability for breach of contract. The lessor may not transfer the car back without authorization, otherwise the lessee will be claimed twice as much as the rent. The lessee must pay the time and rent as stipulated in the contract. Otherwise, one day's rent will be imposed for each day.

8. Other unfinished matters shall be negotiated by both parties and an additional subsidiary file shall be ordered.

IX. This contract is in one copy, each party shall hold one copy and the copy shall be sent to the relevant administrative organ for record.
