According to the introduction of Party C, in accordance with the principle of satisfactory voluntariness, Party A, Party B and Party C signed the following terms of the house lease deposit.

1. Party A will now be the community room of Beijing District.

2. The leased property of A and B is negotiated. The monthly rent is yuan. The payment method is: the date of the lease is the date. The validity period of the deposit is valid for the period from the date of signing of the agreement.

3. Party B shall, on a voluntary basis, deliver the house rental deposit to both Party A and Party C. Party A and Party C each support 50% of the deposit paid by Party B.

4. After the delivery of the deposit by Party A and Party B, Party B will be regarded as a successful agency service of Party C. The house deposit received by Party C will be used as the agency service fee from the date when Party A and Party B formally sign the house lease contract. Part of it will not be returned to Party B.

V. Liability for breach of contract: If Party A and Party B default on this agreement: Party A will refund the full amount of the lease intention to Party B.

6. Party A shall have a dispute with Party B. Both parties shall resolve the matter in accordance with the provisions of this agreement. Party C shall not bear legal responsibility, but shall actively cooperate with both parties to resolve the dispute.

7. The legal effect shall arise from the date of signature by the three parties to this agreement.

8. Matters not covered in this Agreement may be settled by negotiation among the three parties in accordance with the principle of good faith.
