Article 3 Lease Term

Article 4 Rent

The rent of the house is ___万___千___百______ yuan. During the lease period, in the event of market changes, the parties may negotiate to adjust the rent; otherwise, the lessor may not arbitrarily adjust the rent for any reason.

Article 5 Payment method

Article 6 Term of delivery of the house

Party A shall deliver the house to Party B within ____ days from the effective date of this contract.

Article 7 Party A's Commitment to Property Rights

Party A guarantees that there is no property dispute in the rental of the house; except as otherwise agreed in the supplementary agreement, Party A shall complete the mortgage, mortgage debt, tax and rent, etc. before leasing the house. If Party A assumes full responsibility for any unclear items mentioned above after leasing, and Party A causes economic losses to Party B, Party A shall be responsible for compensation.

Article 8 Maintenance and Maintenance Responsibility

During the lease period, Party A shall inspect and repair the house and its attached facilities every ____ [months] [years], and Party B shall actively assist and shall not obstruct the construction. The normal house repair cost shall be borne by Party A; the daily house maintenance shall be undertaken by the ____ party. Article 9 Agreement on Renovation and Change of Housing Structure

Party B shall not arbitrarily damage the house facilities. If it is necessary to change the internal structure and decoration of the house or to set up equipment that affects the structure of the house, Party A must first obtain the written consent of Party A, and the investment shall be taken care of by Party B. When retiring, unless otherwise agreed, Party A has the right to request Party B to resume or pay Party A the cost of restoring the project.

Article 10 on the relevant expenses during the lease period

During the lease of the house, the following fees shall be paid by Party B, and Party B shall bear the liability for breach of contract for deferred payment:
