Third, Party B's rights and obligations

2. Party B carefully inspects and masters the various performances and operating methods of the leased vehicles, clears the attached files of the vehicles, and leaves the inspection and acceptance. Party B shall compensate Party A for any loss or damage to the subsidiary file caused by improper operation of Party B and improper storage.

3. Party A's vehicles leased by Party B cannot engage in other commercial passenger and cargo transportation, cannot sublease, subcontract, mortgage, invest or donate. They cannot give themselves any other rights beyond the provisions of this contract. They cannot dismantle Party A. The body of the car. 7. If Party B fails to return the car according to the regulations, it will not apply for the extension procedure. 9. If an accident occurs in the vehicle, the repair fee shall be paid in advance by Party B. The rental fee during the period of suspension or repair shall be borne by Party B. At the same time, the accelerated depreciation charge of the vehicle shall be compensated. The depreciation amount shall be calculated based on 50% of the actual amount of vehicle repair. If Party B is found not to report an accident, the repair will be fined three times the regular repair fee.

10. If Party B loses the license or relevant documents during the lease period, Party B shall apply to the relevant department for re-issuance. The vehicle rental fee and the replacement handling fee during the re-issuance shall be borne by Party B until the vehicle can drive normally.

11. When Party B expires, Party B shall hand over the vehicle to Party A without any defect. Do not remove the odometer and intentionally damage the odometer. If there is a mileage of 1000 kilometers per day, the vehicle parts may not be replaced.

12. It is strictly forbidden to drive after drinking. It is strictly forbidden to use vehicles for illegal activities, as coaches, participate in competitions and test use. It is strictly forbidden to load flammable, explosive and turbid items.

13. According to the provisions of the People's Insurance Company of China, the insurance company shall impose a limit compensation when the vehicle is in an accident, and Party B shall bear all expenses other than the insurance limit. The third party liability insurance insured by Party A shall be limited to the driver allowed by Party A.

14. Before the loss of the whole vehicle and compensation to the insurance company, the rental fee for the period shall be borne by Party B.

15. In the case of compensation, Party B shall submit the insurance policy, accident certificate, accident mediation settlement, loss list and various documents with expenses to the insurance company, and truthfully fill out the motor vehicle insurance report.

16. During the lease of the vehicle, Party B shall be responsible for the gasoline, lubricating oil, road and bridge fees and parking fees.

4. The rights and obligations of the guarantor

1. The guarantor agrees to be the guarantor of Party B of this contract, and guarantees that Party B fully performs all the obligations in this contract, and the guarantee period is until Party B fully performs its obligations.

2. If Party B is unable to perform the contract or breach of contract, the guarantor shall be jointly and severally liable, and Party A may directly request the guarantor.
