Party A and Party B signed a equipment lease contract in accordance with the “Trial Measures for Equipment Leasing Business of the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China ×× City Trust Department” and agreed on the following provisions to abide by the implementation.

1. Party A shall purchase the following equipment from Party B for use according to the project approved by Party B and the equipment and technical quality standards selected by Party B.

2. Party A shall deliver the goods in the __ year __ season according to the equipment order contract signed with the manufacturer. Shipped directly by the supplier to Party B. 3. Party B shall be responsible for the acceptance, installation, commissioning, use, maintenance, maintenance and management of the equipment.

4. The ownership of the equipment during the lease period belongs to Party A. After receiving the goods, Party B shall insure the local insurance company in the name of Party A, and Party B shall be responsible for the insurance premium. Party B shall submit the insurance contract to Party A as an attached file of this contract.

5. During the lease term, Party B shall enjoy the right to use the equipment, but may not transfer or mortgage it as property. No parts or parts of the installation or installation may be added or removed from the equipment without the consent of Party A. Party A has the right to inspect the use and integrity of the equipment, and Party B shall provide all conveniences.

6. The lease term of the equipment is ____ years. The lease term is calculated from the time when the supplier has collected the payment from Party A.
