According to the "Contract Law of the People's Republic of China" and the "Regulations on the Organization and Management of Maritime Transport Markets". The following provisions are formulated for mutual compliance.

1. Party A rents Party B's diving boat and diving personnel according to the construction needs, and rents the diving team task: mainly undertakes underwater engineering operations.
