After the agreement between the two parties, the contract is signed and the contents of the contract are as follows:

1. Party B's service content and Party A's service requirements:

a) Party B is responsible for leasing the following equipment to Party A:

Affiliated files: one signal line, 100-inch bracket curtain root.

b) Party A shall take the above equipment at the place designated by Party B at the date of the year, and Party B shall, after the completion of the commissioning, be checked by Party A and handed over to Party A for use.

c) The rental time of the equipment is one day. Calculated by two days overnight, less than one day is calculated by one day.

d) The equipment rental service fee is composed of equipment rental separately and does not include other services.

e) Party A rents equipment from the date of the year to the year and month.

f) In the process of using equipment by Party A, Party A shall be responsible for compensation for damage caused by improper protection equipment of Party A. The specific compensation amount shall be mainly repaired by the manufacturer.

g) Party A shall deliver the deposit to Party B at the market value of the machine.

2. Matters not covered in this contract shall be settled by negotiation between Party A and Party B.

3. This contract is made in two copies, and each party will keep one copy after signing.

4. This contract shall become effective on the date of signature by both parties, and the copy shall be valid.
