Party A leases a batch of office equipment to Party B. The relevant matters are negotiated by both parties:

5. Party A requirements

1 Party B shall provide Party A with the necessary office equipment in time according to the contract time, and shall not arbitrarily exchange the equipment brand. If there are special circumstances, it must be approved by Party A.

2 During the contract period, if the office equipment fails, Party B may be notified at any time. Party B shall not exceed the next day to repair or change the prototype at the latest.

3 During the contract period, Party B shall be exempt from all costs for the maintenance of office equipment.

6. Acceptance method

After the contract is signed, Party B shall use the equipment model provided in the above table as the basis for acceptance. If there is any discrepancy, Party A may refuse to accept the goods. Party B shall timely replace the equipment on the next day of delivery. After the second replacement, Party A shall not meet the conditions. Party A has the right to refuse and Party B must refund the deposit of Party A.

7. This Agreement is made in two copies, one for each Party A and Party B. Effective from the date of signing the contract, unfinished matters, signed a supplementary agreement after consultation between the two parties, with the same legal effect.
