Article 3 Rights and obligations of the lessor

Article 4 Rights and Obligations of the Lessee

During the driving process, the lessee should respect the driver's work, can not ask the driver to make unfavorable safety actions, can not affect the driver's safe driving, can not force the driver to change the itinerary, etc., otherwise the consequences caused by Party B are responsible.

Article 5 Liability for breach of contract

If the parties violate the contract, the defaulting party shall be liable to the observant party.
