Article 5: Liability for breach of contract by both parties

Party A’s responsibility:

1. If Party A’s personnel or third parties cause damage to the flowers or flower pots placed by Party B, Party A shall compensate them according to the price;

2. Party A fails to pay within the stipulated time, Party B has the right to suspend the contract, and Party A shall bear the losses caused thereby.

Party B’s responsibility:

1. Party B shall provide the flowers and trees or flower pots that do not meet the requirements stipulated in the contract. Party A has the right to suspend the contract, and the losses caused by Party B shall be borne by themselves;

2. If Party B's flowers and trees are placed or improper repairs cause Party A's property losses, Party B shall bear the corresponding damages.

Article 6 Settlement of Contract Disputes

If a dispute arises during the performance of this contract, it shall be settled through negotiation between Party A and Party B; it may also be settled by the relevant department, and the negotiation or mediation may not be completed, and the following methods shall be resolved:
