After consultation between the two parties, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Contract Law of the People's Republic of China", an agreement was reached on the provision of concrete pump truck rentals by Party A to Party B. In order to clarify the responsibilities, rights and obligations of both parties, the following contract terms were signed:

First, the subject matter of the lease:

The subject matter of the lease: the number plate is the e__________ ___________ type concrete pump platform and its associated parts, auxiliary equipment and tools.

Second, the lease period and lease settlement method:

1. The lease term is ________ years from the _____ year _____ month _____ date. If it continues to be used beyond the agreed period of use, it shall automatically be deemed to be renewed in accordance with the conditions stipulated in this contract.

2. The lease settlement method is based on the pumping quantity, and the Party B “Invoice” is the settlement basis. Both parties agreed that the guaranteed amount is _____ cubic meters per month. 3. Responsibilities and obligations of both parties:

1. Party A is responsible for providing relevant procedures for pumping vehicles, including certificates, licenses, insurance, and vehicle-related taxes and fees.

2. Party B is responsible for the expenses related to the repair, maintenance, auxiliary oil and fuel oil of the pump truck during the lease period. According to the pumping vehicle use regulations, the technical status of the pump truck is good.

3. Party B provides the pump operator and is responsible for all related expenses and expenses of the operator. Ensure that the operator training is in place to ensure safe driving and construction of the pump, and not violate the regulations and barbaric driving.

4. Without the consent of Party A, Party B shall not sublease Party A's pump truck in any way or transfer it to others for use. The losses caused by Party B shall be borne by Party B.

5. If Party B is responsible for the safety facilities and protective forces provided by Party B, or the safety accidents of pump trucks and operators caused by illegal command and driving, Party B shall pay full responsibility.

6. Before the termination of the contract, Party B must inform Party A one month in advance so that both parties can make corresponding preparations for renewal or termination of the contract, and the parties will do the rent settlement work according to the terms of this contract.

IV. Liability for breach of contract

1. Party B must pay the lease fee as agreed, and the delayed payment is calculated according to _____ yuan/day, and the lease fee is still calculated according to the actual amount.

2. Party A has the right to request compensation from Party B due to the loss, damage or damage caused by Party A's maintenance, use and maintenance.
