Second, vehicle booking, change, cancellation and responsibility

When the customer requests the reservation of the vehicle, Party B must indicate the number of guests, use the vehicle requirements, vehicle type, days of use, settlement methods and standards, delivery location, etc. to notify Party A by telephone or fax, in order to make a reservation.

If Party B has no special requirements, it is generally reserved for only 3 hours after the scheduled time; during the holidays, Party B must pay Party A 24 hours in advance to pay the booking fee for the model and the number of days rented. If the guest fails to pick up the car as agreed, Party A does not refund the deposit, and the deposit does not include interest.

If Party B cancels or changes the reservation for any reason, Party A shall notify Party A by fax 6 hours in advance, and Party A shall notify Party A by fax two business days in advance, otherwise it shall be deemed as a valid reservation.

If Party B's any reservation is not confirmed or confirmed by Party A, but Party B has not paid the deposit to Party A, Party A is not binding.

Party B may not execute the rented car price without the permission of Party A to be higher than the market price set by Party A.

Holiday bookings must be completed 3-7 business days in advance.

Prices during the holidays ranged from 20% to 50% year-on-year.

The car rental deposit and rent are paid in one lump sum at the time of renting the car. The specific provisions are based on the "Airport _________ Company Car Rental Contract" and the "Leasing Vehicle Handover Order".

After receiving the reservation from Party B, Party A shall, at the request of Party B or the guest, send the vehicle to the designated place for free within 10 km from the office of Party A or take the customer to the Party A to complete the formalities.

Party B shall strictly review the information of the renter in accordance with the car rental standard of Party A, and fill in the lease contract and provide guarantee according to Party A’s requirements.

Third, car rental offers

Party B's personnel can enjoy preferential price and priority when renting a car in Party A, and give priority to other services when renting a car.

Fourth, the settlement method

Party A shall collect the excess amount for Party B on the basis of the agreed price. Party B shall calculate the fax of the vehicle reservation confirmed by Party A and the financial department of Party A. After the two parties have verified the correctness at the end of the month, Party A shall transfer the excess portion to the designated account of Party B. The service fee is deducted by 6% tax according to the standard.

V. Liability for breach of contract

The unfinished matters are negotiated separately and supplemented by other supplementary clauses. The supplemental clauses have the same legal effect as this contract. In case of default, they are executed in accordance with the Contract Law of the People's Republic of China.
