Advertising kanban setting contract

The advertising company _________ company and the setting place provider ____________ company, set the contract for the establishment of advertising billboards on the roof of the building as follows:

The first set location is specified on the northeast side of the roof of Party B, with an area of ​​____________ square meters.

The advertising kanban shall be set according to the dimensions of the design of the drawings in this contract, and its weight and structure shall be based on the principle of not affecting the safety of the building.

Article 2 Party A shall pay Party B's setup fee, which is ____________ yuan per year and shall be paid in the following manner:

1. At the time of the establishment of this contract, one-third of the annual set fee shall be paid first, and the total amount of ____________ yuan shall be deemed to be the deposit.

3. From the second year onwards, the amount of the annual set fee shall be paid before the New Year's Day of the year.

Article 4 If Party A has the following circumstances, Party B may urge Party A to terminate this contract and request the removal of the advertising billboard:

1. When the payment of the setup fee is overdue.

2. When a dangerous event occurs in the kanban facility.

3. Party A does not perform its duties of management and maintenance.

Article 5 Party A shall remove the obligation of advertising billboards. If it is not completely dismantled within the specified time limit, Party B may request Party A to pay the daily damage compensation of xx yuan until the date of dismantling.

In addition to the preceding paragraph, Party B will also dismantle the advertising billboard on behalf of Party A and ask Party A to pay all the demolition expenses.

Article 6 The validity period of this deed shall be ______ years from ______ years ______ ______ days to ______ years ______ months ______ days. However, although within the time limit, if the billboards are obscured by other buildings, Party A may request Party B to terminate this contract. In respect of the proviso of the preceding paragraph, Party A shall not request Party B to reimburse the unused setup fee for the unused period.

After the first notice of cancellation, Party A shall still be deemed to be valid before Party A completely removes the billboard. Party A shall still pay Party B's setup fee in accordance with the provisions of Article 2.
