After equal consultation between the two parties, the following agreement was reached on car rental:

First, the vehicle

Party A rents a general Santan car of Party B. The number of passengers is ______. The vehicle is fully responsible by Party B.

Second, the time and cost of departure

Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday is the prescribed time for departure; in special circumstances, both parties will negotiate separately. During the time of departure, the daily rent is ______ yuan, calculated in actual days of departure, and settled once a month.

Third, the rights and obligations of both parties

1. For the issue of car departure, Party A shall be responsible for unifying and reasonable dispatching arrangements, and Party A shall avoid driver fatigue driving.

2. Party B shall abide by the time of departure and arrive at the office on time for dispatch according to the legal commute time. In special circumstances, both parties shall follow the results of the consultation.

3. Party B shall abide by Party A's vehicle management system and obey the secretarial office to arrange dispatch; consciously abide by traffic rules to ensure safe driving.

4. Party B's vehicle maintenance costs, fuel costs, etc. are at their own risk; if the one-way exceeds ______ kilometers, Party A and Party B shall negotiate separately.

5. In the event of a traffic accident, Party B has full responsibility and has no relationship with Party A.

6. Party A shall settle the rent on a monthly basis and fully redeem it.

7. In the course of the implementation of this Agreement, if there are any outstanding issues, the parties will resolve the matter on an equal footing.

Fourth, liability for breach of contract

If either party A or B is in breach of contract during the agreement period, the defaulting party shall bear the corresponding liability for compensation.

V. Term of the agreement

This Agreement shall enter into force on the ______ year ______ month ______ date to ______ year ______ month ______ day. After the expiration of the agreement, the car rental agreement may be renewed with the consent of both parties.

Agreement text

This Agreement shall be executed in duplicate in Party A and Party B. This Agreement shall enter into force when it is signed by both parties and shall be legally responsible.
