After the negotiation between Party A and Party B, Party A agrees to undertake the entrustment of Party B and leases the copier to Party B. The details are as follows:

Party B shall not change the leased machine and other brands, and may not sell, transfer, sublease, guarantee, mortgage, or otherwise dispose of the machine to the detriment of the lessor, if any third party infringes the ownership of the machine.
