Through study, I deeply feel that teachers must have a high business quality. Along with the children's innocent smiles, the busy and happy semester is coming to an end. When I am free to review the work of this semester, I feel deeply rewarded. As a preschool teacher, it is necessary to cultivate the ability of children to be independent and at the same time, and at the same time help them develop good behaviors that are helpful and respectful. Here are some of my experiences:

First, cultivate good learning habits and interest in learning. Preschool students are young because of their age, poor self-control ability, and dissatisfaction. I started with the cultivation of students' good habits, taught fun in class, attracted the attention of students as much as possible, and organized the records of students. Use various incentives to motivate children, promptly remind children to prepare for class, and observe the behavior of students after class, and conduct role model education in class according to students' performance. Third, education should conform to the characteristics of children's physical and mental development and teach students in accordance with their aptitude. 3-6 years old is a golden age for development for children. This age group is a period of rapid development of children's language. It is the most rapid period of intellectual development in a child's life; it is a crucial period for the formation of children's personality. As a preschool teacher, we should seize this critical period and promote the rapid development of children's intelligence, speech and personality. At the same time, students of different types and different personalities should be educated in a targeted manner, and the best work should be done. In the second half of the semester, two new students came in, and the learning foundation was weak. In order to allow them to integrate into the group as soon as possible, I used the time after class to make up classes for them, and actively exchanged opinions with parents. Although the work in the preschool is a little bit hard, I am always busy every day, but I can see that the children can grow up healthily and vigorously in a relaxed and happy environment, and learn and play with joy and worry. All the feelings are a kind of happiness. .

Part 3: Experience in Preschool Education

First, focus on habits, expensive

Fourth, parents should strictly control the child's interest

When the child is very young, I will tell him the bedtime story, no matter what he understands. Repeated more, he actually remembered, and still pretending to read the book, I heard that there are many words to read, some words that I did not know, I immediately gave him a designation, and greatly praised him for recognizing so many words. . Every time he goes out to board the car, he will read the words on the station board, the words of advertisements, the words of hotels and restaurants, and this is a question that must be answered as a parent to satisfy the child’s curiosity. It is much better for parents and children to sit and learn to read the words. In this way, he learned to read a story, and I read two stories as a reward for him, so that he could read some news in the newspaper fluently before the first grade.

When my child was three years old, he still had no concept of digital. He only remembers that he is three years old and has three people in his family. However, as a parent, I have never systematically taught him to teach textbooks. He sometimes likes to recite the pinyin, texts, ancient poems, etc. that the Chinese teacher has taught on the way to take him to school.
