Fourth, it is the improvement of classroom teaching ability and teacher professional growth that xx teacher said. xx teachers combined with their own practical experience to introduce us some important points and methods of being a good teacher, which left a deep impression on me. In this training, some of the methods described by the teacher actually played the role of “sail navigation” for our new teachers. I feel that all new teachers, including me, must be absorbed and adopted.

In short, this training has a lot of sentiments, and it is very difficult to say a word. It is of great significance to me who is about to step on the stage. Despite the harsh environment, I will go forward without any hesitation, and be good at teaching and educating people. Part 2: Experience in pre-service training for teachers

As a college graduate who has just left the campus, now walks into the campus again and walks into the classroom that is very familiar. The excitement in his heart is hard to press, but the only difference is the transformation of identity. From sitting in the classroom to accept knowledge becomes a station. My heart is extremely excited and proud of the teaching of the platform. In order to enable our new teachers to adapt to the teaching work as soon as possible, the school specially sent us to Sichuan Normal University to participate in a one-month pre-service training for college teachers. The new teacher training is rich in content, including systematic studies in many aspects such as higher education, psychology, introduction to education regulations and professional ethics.

As a young teacher who is about to go to work, although he already has certain professional knowledge and skills, he still lacks correct theoretical guidance on how to organize teaching and how to maximize the teaching effect. Through the training of several courses before the pre-job training, the results have been greatly harvested. Some of the previous vague problems have been clarified. Some of the previous emotional experiences have now found theoretical support. More importantly, I deeply understand that Education is indeed an art. Asking a university is worthy of my life's energy. Through training, I got a lot of gains, and I will summarize my experience as follows:

First of all, the most important part of this pre-job training is to give me a comprehensive understanding of the profession of teachers.

Teachers are the transmitters of culture. "Teachers, so preaching, teaching, and confusing," this reflects the importance of teachers from the perspective of knowledge transfer. Teaching and educating people is a professional feature of teachers. The main task of the flight instructor I work with is to teach students flight practice techniques so that they can become qualified civil aviation pilots. This is also preaching and teaching.

Teachers are role models. It is precisely this meaning to be a high school teacher. It is mainly about the problem of being a person. The students have a teacher-oriented attitude and actually a sense of identity. At the same time, the process of students' education is a process of perfect personality. The personality strength of teachers is intangible and immeasurable. Teachers must truly become the guides of students.

Teachers are parents. As a teacher, to be caring, teachers' love for students should be selfless and equal, just as parents treat children, so we say that teachers are parents. Moreover, teachers should be good at discovering the flash points and development needs of each student.

The teacher is the student's psychological counselor. Teachers must understand pedagogy, psychology, health psychology, etc., should understand the psychological characteristics, psychological confusion and psychological pressure of different students, in order to give timely help and resolution, and cultivate students' psychological quality. This is also the solution.

As a flight instructor, due to the special nature of the industry and the management of militarization, we and our students can be said to be living together, and in flight is a one-on-one teaching mode. So feel free to contact the student maintainer, as long as the student has something, they should be on their side in time. Understand students, care for students, guide students, and be responsible for students in the perspective of students' life development. This successful flight instructor should have it.

Secondly, this training made me understand that in addition to skills, future teaching should also pay attention to methods and strategies.

In the training, several teachers gave us some important points and methods of being a good college teacher according to their own practical experience, which left a deep impression on me. Part 3: Experience in pre-service training for teachers

As a recent graduate who has just graduated, I am honored to be a member of the xx teacher college. In order to adapt our new teachers to the teaching work of the university as soon as possible, the school specially conducted a week of pre-job training for us. The training time has already become blurred as the footprints on the beach have been washed away with the tide, but this week's training has benefited me a lot.

During the training period, in addition to studying "Higher Education" and "Psychology of Higher Education", we also studied "Standards for Scientific Research Work in Colleges and Universities", "Standards for Teaching Work in Colleges and Universities", "Regulations and Regulations on Teachers' Work in Colleges and Universities" and other related contents. In addition to obtaining relevant knowledge in teaching, it also has a certain degree of understanding of relevant policies and regulations.

One week of training is not enough for a college teacher. However, in the future work, in the management and teaching of students, I will apply what I have learned, constantly improve myself to become mature, and become a qualified college teacher.

As a teacher who graduated from a non-teacher major, he is engaged in teaching in colleges and universities. He feels that although the mastery of this theory can meet the needs of teaching, he lacks a lot in applying teaching methods and mastering students' learning psychology. Through this pre-job training, I learned the psychology of higher education and higher education, made up for my shortcomings, improved the ability of combining professional theory and teaching practice, and was full of confidence in future teaching work. I will now make a study and work experience at this stage:

As a new teacher who participated in the teaching work of colleges and universities for the first time, I feel both excited and nervous. Second, training provides many methods and strategies for the practical work I am about to face. In the training, several old teachers who have been teaching for many years and have rich teaching experience have introduced some important points and methods of being a good university teacher according to their actual experience, which left a deep impression on me. When it comes to the development of teachers, it refers to the cultivation of continuing education and scientific research ability. As a university teacher, it should have high scientific research ability and academic quality. Teachers encourage us to make efforts to make achievements in scientific research. And it will be integrated into the teaching; when it comes to how to overcome difficulties, the teachers also put forward the method of how to do a good job of colleagues.

Finally, in this pre-job training, I realized that as a university teacher, you should master modern teaching tools and pay attention to the integration of information technology and subject courses.

While pre-job training has enabled me to grow and improve, I also realized that I still have a lot of things that I lack. Therefore, I will continue to ask the senior teachers for advice and improve the quality of teaching with rigorous and serious work attitude.
