Part 1: The experience of cadres learning

From communication to building a team, from how to become a professional manager to how to improve execution, from the role of the middle role to the innovative thinking of the leader, a vivid case, a heated discussion, a teacher tells the story step by step Inspired my thinking, so that I continue to think, improve, grow my knowledge, and broaden my thinking. In particular, through the training on how to improve execution, I really realized what is corporate culture and what is execution. In combination with my own work, I have a rough understanding and thinking about how to improve my execution.

First, to improve execution, we must strengthen learning and update concepts. In our daily work, we always encounter some problems when we perform a certain task. There are two options for dealing with problems. One is to face problems, to do nothing, not to make progress, the result is that the problem still exists, the task will not be completed; one is not afraid of the problem, find ways to solve the problem, do everything possible to eliminate the problem, and the result is a successful completion of the task. Rethinking the two choices and two results of the problem, we will ask involuntarily, the same is a job, why some people can do well, but some people can't do it? The key is an understanding of ideas The problem. We often say that ideas determine ideas and ideas determine the way out. The concept turns, the world is wide, and the power of ideas is endless. Some successful companies also believe that what kind of ideas are there and what kind of work effect they have. The change of ideas and the emancipation of the mind have the effect of “nuclear fission” and can generate inexhaustible motive force for promoting development. Only by changing concepts and emancipating the mind can the company always maintain rapid development and be able to always be full of vigorous energy. Looking at the extraordinary and leaping development that our park has achieved in recent years, it is the inevitable result of thinking ahead and liberating ideas. Practice has proved that if we do not break the old ideological understanding of "waiting for", establish a new concept of reform and innovation, and implement scientific management methods correctly, there will be no brilliant future in our park. Therefore, we must realize that the development of any organization is not only strategic decision-making, business planning, etc., but more importantly, the execution ability of personnel at all levels. Regarding daily work, don't always make excuses. Start from yourself, constantly strengthen the concept of learning and updating, constantly analyze and improve yourself, change bad habits that do not perform inaction, and automatically do your job spontaneously.

Second, to improve execution, we must be honest and do things seriously. We often say that we are honest and honest, and we must do things seriously. To be a man must have a standard of being a man, and to do things must have a principle of doing things. However, in actual work, there are often systems, measures, and violations. The reason is an attitude problem, a question of strong sense of responsibility, a question of whether a person is honest or not. Linking to the development pattern of “strengthening and growing” of some enterprises, just like our park, the scale is getting bigger and bigger, and we need to establish a positive working attitude and honestly and conscientiously implement every decision in the park. Always keep in mind the execution work, there is no excuse to obey the virtues; there is no small matter in the work, and work means responsibility. No matter what position, no matter what work, you must do it with enthusiasm and emotion. Do your best and do your part with due diligence. At all times, everything is obedient, honest, and responsible and dedicated.

Third, to improve execution, we must face difficulties and go forward. Materialist dialectics believes that the development of any thing is not smooth sailing. Comrade Mao Zedong also said that our Communists are not afraid of any difficulties, and there is no difficulty in the world, only fearful people. Recalling the development and construction of the second phase of our park, faced with the problem of land acquisition, our leading cadres at all levels went to the countryside to persuade the peasants, reasoning, and putting forward the facts. In the end, they successfully and smoothly overcome the difficulties and successfully completed the various tasks of land acquisition and demolition. It fully demonstrates a high degree of discipline and overall awareness. This is what we must adhere to in our implementation. Remember, this is your job. No matter how difficult you are in your work, you must go all out. Finish it.

Fourth, to improve execution, we must realize that there is no best, only better. When a person makes excellent achievements in his work and is rewarded with a reward, he always says that I have not done enough, and I have to continue to work hard to achieve greater results. This is a manifestation of arrogance and arrogance and honesty and modesty, but it also explains the truth. No matter what work or work, although it has achieved certain results, it is by no means the final stage. Sexual victory, we must continue to work harder.

Part 2: Experience in cadre learning

My feelings about this study are as follows:

First, party members and cadres should strengthen their studies and improve their theoretical nuances.

To maintain the purity of the leadership team and party members and cadres, party members and cadres must first strengthen their political theory and other aspects of learning. If you don't study, you can't mature in politics, and you can't consciously transform your subjective world. Only by studying hard, truly possessing Marxism, Mao Zedong Thought, Deng Xiaoping Theory, and the "three represents" important ideological literary ideology, firming communist ideals, and striving to achieve a comprehensive well-off society, can we stand on the present, look to the future, and enhance the consciousness of fulfilling historical responsibility. Second, party members and cadres are firm in their convictions and are righteous

Party members and cadres must maintain the noble sentiments and revolutionary integrity of the Communists. Third, party members and cadres speak of democracy and exert collective wisdom

Fourth, party members and cadres are brave in pioneering and enterprising

5. Party members and cadres are excellent in style and the example of public trust.

We Communists come from the people, rooted in the people, serve the people, build socialism with Chinese characteristics, and realize a comprehensive well-off society. The starting point and the foothold of all the work is to serve the people wholeheartedly. Party members and cadres should follow the popular line and care for the suffering of the people. Part 3: Experience in learning cadres

On February 24, 2019, I had the privilege of attending the community branch secretary and the director cadre training class organized by the Party School of the District Party Committee. A systematic and comprehensive community knowledge and business knowledge training was conducted. This training activity has improved my own business literacy and theoretical standards, which has benefited me as a community worker.

After four days of training and learning activities, I have the following thoughts and feelings:

First, the community work is of great importance and responsibility.

Through this study, I first came to the impression that the community is a small society. Community work involves all aspects of government work and has great responsibilities. All departments have put forward specific requirements for community work, and have guided the development of future work. The general feeling is that the party and the state attach great importance to community work. At the same time, after half a year of work practice, they feel that the community has The requirements of the service function have also been continuously improved with the development of the public consciousness, and we have proposed newer, higher and more specific requirements. The good and bad of our work involve the implementation of the party and state policies and the development of the work of various functional departments. Under the influence of the interests and lives of thousands of families, I feel that the burden on the body is very heavy and strengthens my Responsibility, mission.

Second, community work should focus on service themes.

Serving the people, facilitating the people and benefiting the people is the fundamental starting point and the end result of all the work in the community. Community work is all-encompassing, big to weddings and funerals, small to clothing, food and shelter. The continuous improvement of people's living standards has also caused the constant changes and development of people's needs in all aspects. As community workers, we must fully grasp the needs of the people of the people and carry out various tasks in line with the purpose of serving the people. In-depth understanding of the people's feelings and feelings, combined with the characteristics of our community work and work needs, to solve urgent problems for the people. The work of my community must focus on the theme of “serving” for the elderly and the disadvantaged.

Third, the development of community work requires new ideas, new ideas, and new methods.

The party and the government advocate a harmonious society, and the community is the basic component of society. It is the cell of society, and the harmony of cells can guarantee the harmony of the whole society and the country. As the forefront of grassroots work, the community is the bridge and link between the party and the government and the people. It has placed more than 10,000 retired employees and laid-off workers from 21 enterprises in the old Dongjiao to enter our community. 4. Community work requires community cadres to improve their own ethos, change their work style, and enhance their service awareness.

The new era puts higher demands on our community workers. I must continue to learn and improve my political quality, professional ethics, cultural business, organizational management, psychological and physical factors. As a community cadre who has just participated in community work, I should actively learn from the older generation of community workers, go deep into the people, contact the people, understand the people and the people, and establish the ideological concept of selfless dedication to the people. It is difficult to solve a hundred families, warm and love. At the same time, it is necessary to give full play to the advantages of our age, to establish the purpose of serving the people, to emancipate the mind, to constantly forge ahead, to inject young, positive and new factors into the community work, and to become a new force in community work.

After these four days of study, I deeply felt that leaders at all levels attach importance to community work and community cadres. I am more confident and determined to do my own job and serve the residents better. Do more things for us and the community and the residents, and do practical things.
