Taking advantage of the morning time, under the guidance of the relevant personnel of the company, we visited and learned about the development history of the enterprise, the survival status of the enterprise and the overall working process of the communication vehicle. Basically, the production situation, product technical content and production process of the 6904 factory are A general understanding. In the following period, we mainly assist workers in various positions to carry out specific work on each assembly line.
The internship company in the second week is Shansi Sen Company, which mainly produces medical blood coagulation instruments and urine test instruments. The products produced are also the best-selling products and high-tech products in the market. It is a high-tech private enterprise in Shanxi Province. Located in the high-tech development zone of Shanxi Province. On the morning of the first day, the company's supervisor gave a comprehensive explanation and introduction to the history, development, current situation, and the scope, performance, and technical content of the products. In the remaining few days, the actual operation was mainly carried out under the guidance of the personnel of the enterprise, and the gap between the theory and the actual operation technology was experienced.
Through half a month of business practice, we have truly felt the needs of enterprises in the demand for technical talents and the problems in the current vocational education. They have come to the students who can train the secondary vocational education. The socially useful place, so that they can get the recognition of the enterprise, it is necessary to timely update the teaching concept and teaching materials according to the ever-changing enterprise technology needs and industrial development. In return, there are mainly the following problems:
First, the ability to work is very important. What companies need is to work in the workshop, preferably skilled workers. Therefore, as a vocational school, the practical teaching link should be placed in an important position. From the beginning of the student's entry, the students' practical ability will be continuously cultivated, and the practical skills will be proficient and strengthened during the three-year learning process. By the time of graduation, they will be able to enter normal work immediately after a short training, which will bring stable and timely profits to the enterprise, and the goal of vocational education will be fully reflected. How to realize the characteristics of school-running characteristics, education quality, and school-running efficiency of vocational and technical education, and the advanced nature of practical teaching methods is a very important part. The construction of practical teaching base is an important part of vocational education and teaching, and it is one of the basic conditions for cultivating specialized talents for higher technology. The construction of practical teaching base should focus on cultivating students' technical application ability and professional quality, taking the advanced level of industry science and technology and social development as the standard, aiming at the real needs of society and enterprises, and the actual practice of the school development planning goals. However, the problem of textbooks is very complicated. In the current situation where it is difficult to unify, the development of school-based textbooks has become a last resort, and it can be said that it is a spontaneous choice. It is necessary to organize the teaching materials in a realistic manner in light of the different characteristics of localities and schools, combined with the actual technical needs of the society and enterprises, and in predicting the technological development trends in the next few years. Although I have done a lot of projects on budgets, budget estimates, and inventory preparations, I often use quotas. However, it is the first time I have contacted the quotas.
