From mid-February to mid-March, a total of 44 teachers’ classes were heard at Huangshi School. The lectures involved major subjects in grades 1-9. The classes included lectures, reading classes, review classes, activity classes, practice classes, Commentary classes, etc. The overall impression after the lecture is that the school is in good order, and the teaching and research activities and extracurricular activities are carried out according to the plan. Preliminary statistics, this stage a total of 44 lessons, the results of my personal classification is: excellent class of 23, accounting for 52%; a good class of 21, accounting for 48%; there is no "poor" class.
For these lesson cases, analyze and summarize the following aspects:
First, the classroom teaching advantage
1. There is a good learning atmosphere, and the classroom discipline is basically good. Most students take lectures seriously, follow the teacher's teaching requirements, and the subjectivity is still good. Most classmates speak in class.
2. The teaching of the ninth and sixth grades reached a good standard. Specifically, the teaching of the graduating classes in these two grades has basically formed an organic teaching sequence. In particular, the review series, all the teachers have clearly defined the unified steps of review, clarified what to prepare for each step, and what exercises to prepare; the ninth grade graduating class teachers pay special attention to knowledge induction, which is understood and firmly grasped by students for three years. The knowledge is very important.
3, teacher commentary exercises and tests can reach a higher level. Mainly manifested in: able to mobilize most students to participate in the commentary; in addition to the publication of standard answers, the content of the commentary can also point out the students' error-prone points, give examples of mistakes, and prompt correction methods; while commenting on the topics, the relevant knowledge will be integrated; And classify the corresponding knowledge, and at the same time put forward the requirements of the ability. 1. In terms of teaching methods, teachers who have done a good job in teaching skills account for only a quarter of teachers. Some teachers seldom use the teaching methods such as charts and the like, which reduces the vividness of the classroom. Oral English training is not at home, and students' oral standards are not high. The infiltration awareness of Chinese education is not strong, making this school-based curriculum with the characteristics of Xinfu not able to add color to the school.
2. The classroom organization structure of the teaching content is flawed. Some teachers performed too much on the "introduction-telling-summary" structure of a class, and did not attach importance to the supplementary teaching of the content of the expansion, which affected students' desire for knowledge and the improvement of learning ability.
3. From the perspective of human nature, individual teachers have insufficient respect for students at certain times and occasions, and they are not sufficiently targeted. One of the characteristics of Xinfu students is that there is a large gap in learning standards. Our teaching should formulate measures to address this characteristic. However, in the classroom, this phenomenon will occur from time to time: the students' activities are not wide enough, and the students' mistakes are not corrected in time. The students actively raise their hands and do not receive enough attention and encouragement, and there are chats that are not related to classroom teaching. Not effectively stopped and properly guided. Some subject classification teaching is not obvious enough, and the guiding measures for students' learning emotions and methods are not implemented enough.
