Investigation Report on Water Source Heat Pump System of Zhongmin Hotel
In recent years, the domestic application of water source heat pump systems has become more and more extensive. The owner of the Zhongmin Hotel project designed by our institute has proposed a water source heat pump scheme for air conditioning and hot water systems. The water source heat pump system can use surface water heat energy resources for heating and air conditioning, and has good energy saving and environmental benefits. The system has the function of heating and cooling, and it is better to use the water source heat pump system to provide or preheat the domestic hot water. However, due to the lack of corresponding hot water system specifications, in order to avoid the blind design and construction in the future, from March 5 to 10, 2006, the owner will cooperate with the personnel of the hospital's HVAC and water supply and drainage professionals for some domestic water source heat pump systems. The production process and implementation cases of the equipment were investigated.
The surface water source heat pump system is a kind of ground source heat pump. It uses surface water as a low temperature heat source, and consists of a water source heat pump unit, a surface water heat exchange system and an in-building system. The surface water heat exchange system is divided into an open type and Closed surface water heat exchange system. Through this study and study, we believe that the following points should be paid attention to in the early stage of design and in order to truly realize the energy saving and environmental benefits of the system, and to meet the requirements of advanced technology, economical rationality, and safety.
I. In-depth investigation of the hydrological conditions of the surface water source of the Xier River before the design of the scheme
1. River section elevation, water surface use, depth, etc. at the corresponding location of the project.
2. The highest and lowest water temperatures, water levels, and maximum and minimum water volumes in recent decades.
3. Flow rate, water quality and its dynamic changes.
Second, the water source system
1. The open surface water heat exchange system water intake should be close to the building in the upper reaches of the Xier River and away from the water return to avoid heat exchange short circuit. The water intake is to set up a dirt filtering device, and it is best to set the initial grit to adjust the water absorption well.
2, the water withdrawal loop pump should use variable flow frequency conversion control to reduce system operating costs.
3. There should be obvious signs for the supply and return pipes to enter the Xier River. It should also know the specific location information of existing underground passages, cables and underground structures.
4. The water quality of the open surface water heat exchange system shall meet the requirements specified in Article 7.3.3 of the Code for Design of Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning GB50019. When the water quality is not reached, water treatment shall be carried out, such as sand removal and filtration. and many more.
Third, the building system
1. The performance of the water source heat pump unit should meet the requirements of GB/T19409 of the national standard "Water Source Heat Pump Unit".
2. Since the water source heat pump is heated at a low position, the hot water system needs to set a hot water storage tank in the machine room and supply water to the component area of the variable frequency speed control hot water pump in the cold water supply system. In addition, the hot water storage tank should be indirectly heated by heat exchanger equipment such as plate type.
3. The hot water return water system should be equipped with a solenoid valve, an adjustable pressure reducing valve and a restrictor valve to ensure the normal return water control of the system.
4, the storage of hot water tanks, hot water pipes, return pipes, etc. should be carefully designed and constructed to minimize heat loss.
5. Since the hot water temperature of the water source heat pump is a low temperature water, the corresponding configuration of the equipment should be designed according to the actual water source temperature parameters. According to the hot water use and standard requirements of five-star hotels, the temperature of the hot water system return water should be ≥50 °C, so the hot water supply temperature of the hot water storage tank should be ≥55 °C. If it is not met, it should be considered by the auxiliary heat source. .
6. The equipment manufacturer shall provide corresponding equipment price and other materials for designing equipment configuration and controlling the cost.
4. Others Because the water intake and return water outlets of the project are located outside the red line of the project, the owner is required to communicate and coordinate with the relevant functional management departments in time to obtain the corresponding permit files and related materials, so that the project can be implemented smoothly.
