I. School Profile The two schools we visited this time are very typical nationals. The first inspection of Hui Shi Guo Xiao is a century-old school founded in 1884. It has been established for 120 years and was transformed in 1998. It is a five-year state. There are 27 teaching classes and nearly 1,000 students. It is the National Modern Educational Technology Experimental School and the Experimental School of Shanghai Science and Technology Education Research Institute. It is a first-class brand-name school in terms of both teachers and hardware. Bei Cai Guo Xiao is a small town. It was built a little later, but it also has a history of 98 years. There are more than 1,000 students and 33 classes. Although not as famous as Hui Shi Guo Xiao, it is a Very characteristic school. 2. IV. Teaching Characteristics Hui Shi Guo Xiao is a school with a long history of running schools. It is also a school with bright educational reform and school conditions in Xuhui District. Teachers have a new understanding of the role of modern information technology in subject teaching. The school takes the sample self-cultivation activities as the main carrier, trains the incumbent teachers, and has achieved good results. Investigation Experience During the few days of visits and visits, I deeply realized that there is still a big difference between the school education in the coastal open cities and the education in our inland areas. They are superior to inland cities in terms of hardware conditions, and their teachers are stronger than inland schools, which provides them with unique conditions for running schools. But I think that although the hardware construction of our inland cities is not as good as them, we can match them and even catch up with them in terms of software construction.
I have sorted out what I have seen and heard in this study. Combining my usual educational and teaching experience, I think we should pay attention to the following aspects in teaching:
1. Emphasize changes in the way students learn. We should promote three kinds of learning methods, namely, independent learning, cooperative learning, and exploratory learning. This trip to Shanghai allowed us to fully appreciate the major reforms that these learning methods have brought to teaching. Now Chongqing's education community is actively promoting these new ways of learning. It can stimulate students' enthusiasm for learning to the greatest extent.
2. Focus on teaching evaluation. The evaluation of the teacher should focus on the learning process, how the students behave, whether the students designed by the teacher are interested, whether it is suitable for the development of each child, and whether the designed activities are really effective? 6, improve school conditions, pay attention to the school's hardware construction. The gap between schools is also large. This is far behind the advanced and balanced development of schools in Shanghai. Peer students believe that a more relaxed teacher preparation and small class teaching is more conducive to the development of curriculum reform. It is understood that many of the small and medium-sized teachers in Shanghai have a ratio of 1:2 to 1:3, and the number of students in each class is controlled at 25-30. First of all, the loose teacher establishment will give teachers more time and energy to carry out research on teaching reform, while the small class system will help teachers pay attention to the development of each student and adjust the teaching design in time. It can ensure that teachers can evaluate each student more impartially and objectively, understand each student's personality and strengths, and guide them to “strengthen and avoid shortcomings” and work towards the direction that suits their own development. At present, the city can not be guaranteed in this respect. It is understood that some schools in our city have more than 60-80 people per class.
