With this doubt, I was appointed by the Xuzhou Municipal Education Bureau to Wuxi City, Jiangsu Province, to conduct a one-year Wuxi education inspection practice.
Wuxi is the first batch of basic education curriculum reform demonstration areas in China. The curriculum reform work has taken the lead in both organizational form and experience. During the event, we mainly visited more than ten well-known schools in Huishan District, Xishan District and Binhu District, and learned some information from teachers and students there. We visited several famous special teachers and interviewed the Education Bureau. Some leaders. Through actual interviews, seminars, and participation activities, we have obtained some more realistic and reliable information, and we have a deeper understanding of the educational phenomenon in Wuxi.

I. The Cultural Concept of "Chonggong, Shanwen, and Re-education" Wuxi's politics, economy, and education are at the forefront of the country. The main reason for this is that Wuxi people have been "cultivating, good, and re-educating" from ancient times to the present. Cultural philosophy and education model. "Chonggong, Shanwen, and Re-education" is a high-level summary of Wudi people's emphasis on education, emphasis on practice and innovation, continuous summarization, and increased efforts for reform, opening up, and publicity. It is the essence of Wudi culture. This concept also guides the current education reform work, which is also in line with the spirit of the new curriculum reform.
The deep feeling in Wuxi is Wuxi's education people's love for their hometown and the spirit of taking pride in their hometown, as well as their confidence in the future of Wuxi. When I first arrived in Wuxi, the director of the Education Bureau of the Municipal Education Bureau introduced the history, politics, and economy of Wuxi when introducing Wuxi education. In the manner of speech and demeanor, all of them expressed their love and pride in Wuxi. At the center of the bridge, the president of Hu also said that when he introduced the school, he went to other schools to inspect and visit, and the principals there did the same. Moreover, many schools have built school history exhibition halls and celebrity halls to encourage teachers and students to love their hometown and work hard.
I believe that it is these feelings of the educators who have made their hometowns that have enabled Wuxi's education to achieve its present results. Therefore, I thought of a new round of curriculum reform. In the implementation of the new curriculum, Wuxi City attaches great importance to top-down and regards this work as a government act rather than a simple educational act. When setting up the leading group for curriculum reform work, the main leaders of the district government are the team leaders to coordinate and rationalize various relationships and provide various guarantees such as manpower, material resources and capital. The government will hire the education experts of the university to give theoretical guidance and guidance in practice. They believe that in today's education development, the low investment in education can only be at the expense of the low standard of education. With the strong support of the government, coupled with the advanced concept of the leader, and the active participation of the majority of educators, as well as the understanding, attention and support of education from all walks of life, and the entire Wuxi has formed a "Chonggong, good language" Social education and cultural atmosphere. The progress and development of Wuxi education will be inevitable.

Second, rigorous, efficient and pragmatic work style During the inspection in Wuxi, our group of 9 people visited more than a dozen schools and learned about the school's advanced school thinking, education and teaching management. Although they have their own characteristics, we share a common feeling - that is, Wuxi educators have a rigorous and pragmatic professionalism.
President Qin of Shuixiu Middle School introduced to us: Education and scientific research must not engage in “air castles”. Teachers should start from the things around us. We are engaged in teaching and research rather than scientific research. Based on the principle of equality and mutual benefit, they have established an equal and cooperative relationship and formed a community of interests to promote the development of curriculum reform. There is no host or guest, but emphasis on complementarity, competition, and win. During the event, they implemented the strategy of “going out” and “please come in”. Teachers are looking for talents to recruit, practice, and carry out activities such as theme observation, experience introduction, and friendship. Fully mobilize the enthusiasm of teachers and functional departments, actively develop and utilize various curriculum resources, and constantly innovate the means and methods of teacher training, so that the pairing activities truly become the stage for teacher growth and school development, and finally achieve the purpose of curriculum reform implementation benefits. And obtained the guidance, regulation and support of the Education Bureau on community activities. Fourth, the model? style!
During the period of Wuxi's inspection, as one of the members of the national leadership team in the center of Huishan District, I felt the small school mission, campus culture construction, management methods, classroom teaching, education and scientific research. At the same time, I visited more than a dozen schools. There are indeed a lot of things worth learning.
