These advanced educational concepts reflect forward-looking and scientific nature. It can be said that the rise of the above schools first benefited from the new school concept of the principal. As Suhomlinski said: "Leading schools, first of all, are educational leaders, and second is administrative leadership." Only when we finally found the entry point of school management, we realized a fundamental change from experience type, business type to thought type and research type. Learning from their unique campus culture, we found out that these schools were loved by students, satisfied by teachers, praised by parents, and recognized by the society because they have a common characteristic and profound cultural heritage. The material culture of the surface layer is very invested, and the school buildings, facilities and environment construction are high-grade and high-quality. The behavioral habits of the students and the behaviors of the teachers are all learning-oriented; the cultural construction of the school system is perfect, especially the spiritual culture of the school. This is a deep level, the school's school-running thinking, the teacher's cooperation spirit, and a good school spirit. And the school style, and the school has its own characteristics of running a school. If you want to have a place in many schools, you must create your own brand, that is, create your own characteristics. The school first finds its own coordinates, forms its own characteristics of running a school, and with its characteristics, it has vitality. The schools we visited are all distinctive, such as the "three-in-one" moral education of Shijiazhao, the small English and computer teaching features of Xiangzhou, the bilingual teaching of Luoling, and the training bases of various activities. I was deeply impressed.
What should we do in combination with the actual situation of the school?
Enhance your own school-running thinking. The advanced concept of running a school is the foundation of school management. Transforming "thoughts" into the educational behavior of all teachers First, the principal must always guide the work of the whole school with advanced educational concepts, and must internalize the advanced educational concepts into the conscious actions of the teachers. Schools must have their own cultural characteristics, constantly thinking about the advantages of their own schools, where are the weak links, fostering strengths and avoiding weaknesses, and creating their own distinctive culture, like the more than 30 dedicated classrooms and billiard training bases in Guangzhou Shipai, Xiaoling The small and medium-sized teachers have fully exerted the above two advantages when they went abroad for training. Their funds are not related to the school's fees for students. We have examined other schools in terms of opening schools, and each has its own merits, such as various experimental classes and special classes. Therefore, I think that in terms of opening up schools, we should further liberate our minds, open up and invigorate like the coastal areas, and open up our minds.
