In order to conscientiously implement the spirit of the "Implementation Opinions of the Gansu District Party Committee on Strengthening and Improving Ideological and Political Work", we will further strengthen the ideological and political work of the faculty and staff of our school, comprehensively and solidly promote quality education, comprehensively improve the quality of education and teaching, and promote students. First, effectively strengthen and standardize organizational management, strengthen the study of political theory, and comprehensively improve the ideological and political quality of faculty and staff.
1. It is an indispensable way to give full play to the enthusiasm, initiative and creativity of the faculty and staff of the school and to strengthen ideological and political work. Therefore, our school has seized on the political theory of teachers. According to the arrangement and deployment of the District Education Bureau, according to the plan and time, the school has systematically studied the important thinking of the "Three Represents" and the spirit of the Sixth National Congress of the 16th and 16th Central Committees and the "Citizens' Moral Construction". 2. Continued the activity of “strengthening the style of work and optimizing the environment for educating people”. Organize the whole school teachers to seriously study the "Deng Xiaoping education" theory and the important thinking of "three represents" and establish the work style of "unity, pragmatism, efficiency and innovation". In the rule of virtue, the foundation of moral education lies in the quality of teachers. The core of teachers' quality is "teachers' morality." Therefore, our school has always regarded the construction of teachers' morality and style as the most important work, and strived to promote the development of various tasks in the school with a good morality. We actively explore new characteristics and new rules of teacher morality construction, correctly understand and grasp the "people-oriented" mentoring and connotation, and strive to correctly understand people, respect people, trust people, develop people's minds and enhance people's morality. To help teachers and support teachers to grow up independently, to construct the content, form, method and management system of the teacher's morality construction, and to include the research and exploration of teacher morality and style construction into the theme class of school ideological and political education.
1. Incorporate the training content of the teacher's morality into the school-based training series, making it a compulsory course for teachers. The main contents of the teacher's moral training determined by our school are: "Citizen Moral Construction Outline", "Chinese Little Teachers' Professional Ethics Standards", Tao Xingzhi Teachers' Moral View, New Ideas in Curriculum Reform and "Ten Thousand Teachers in Ganzhou District" Credit Commitment, etc. In addition to organizing all teachers to concentrate on learning, the school also recommends and publishes relevant learning materials to teachers every month. At the same time, it also organizes special study and guidance lectures. 2. Conducted special education activities. On the basis of the "How do we become teachers now?" discussion last year, we continued to carry out various special events. 3. Established a teacher-detail restraint mechanism. Taking "Citizens' Moral Construction Outline", "China's Small Professional Ethics Code" and "Genzhou District Teachers' Ten Credit Commitments" as the East and West, combining the basic morality of citizens with the professional ethics of teachers, and further improving the school assessment, rewards and punishments, etc. The series system recommends and commends the "teachers and ethics" through various channels to ensure that all faculty and staff have good moral performance.
Third, to create a city-level civilized unit as an opportunity to strengthen the school's spiritual civilization. Striving for municipal-level civilized units is one of our recent goals.
