According to the “Notice on Seriously Conducting Safety Investigation Activities” of the Comprehensive Management Committee of Henan University of Finance and Economics, the infrastructure held a safety meeting for all staff on May 10, which conveyed the requirements of the comprehensive security committee of the hospital on safety work and strengthened safety. Consciousness, responsibility to people, forming a good atmosphere for everyone to speak safely. In accordance with the requirements of the "Notice", in accordance with the work characteristics of the Infrastructure Department, in line with the "safety first, prevention-oriented" policy, the focus is on the in-depth and detailed safety fire self-examination of the academic exchange center for construction in progress, the details are as follows:
1. The Director of the Infrastructure Department, Mr. Xie Shangchao, was responsible for the safety self-inspection activities. The participants included: Zhang Baihai, Wang Pinzhen, Zhang Zhimin, Su Baojiang, and relevant personnel of the construction unit and supervision unit.
Second, the inspection content:
1. Check the hygiene and cleanliness of the office and workers' accommodations on the construction site, whether the items are placed in an orderly manner, and whether there are hidden fire hazards.
2. The stacking of materials and materials at the construction site and the cleaning of construction waste were examined.
3. Each work surface was inspected layer by layer, and the safety protection of the workers during construction, the safe working operation of the construction tools and the construction environment were examined.
Third, the problems found and the measures taken:
1. The work and accommodation environment of the construction site are relatively chaotic. It is required to be cleaned every day. No wires can be pulled in the room. Electric stoves should not be used. The cigarette butts should not be discarded anywhere. Pay attention to fire prevention and safety.
2. The weather is getting hotter and hotter. Workers' quarters and canteens should be disinfected regularly to eliminate mosquitoes and flies and prevent disease transmission.
3. The materials and materials on the site shall be piled up in an orderly manner, and the passage shall not be blocked. The garbage shall be cleaned and cleaned in time, and the wires shall not be pulled privately.
4. Workers should pay attention to safety during construction. They must wear safety helmets. Protective measures must be taken for climbing operations. The gantry must not carry personnel.
5. Do not discard items from high places. Construction workers of all types of work should manage their own tools and pay attention to cooperation.
6. Site management personnel should issue a safety fire protection knowledge report to strengthen workers' awareness of safety protection.
Through this inspection, the safety management work organization was enriched, the safety work responsibility system was improved, the safety protection awareness was strengthened, and some safety fire hazards were discovered, and corrective measures were formulated in time. It has been done in an in-depth and meticulous way, without leaving a dead end and not in a form.
